Hotel is in a nice area among Johns Hopkins campus buildings. quiet at night. very comfortable hotel

Room was clean, bed very comfortable, friendly staff on housekeeping, nice outside area, welcome kit with water and cookies was cozy!

Hotel was located in a nice area and was not a far drive from the inner harbor, restaurants, shops & things to do!

My room smelled like pot, very disappointing.

The girls at check out were super helpful and they had a full house with the BTS concert. The gentleman who took over was so helpful with going touring and with transit. As for the cafe/returany

Clean room, a quiet neighborhood, an incredibly friendly staff, a restaurant onsite for food and drinks, and close to public transportation (an 8 minute ride from Baltimore Penn Station)...all of this and you get a warm cookie when you check in, all in all worth they stay

Nice location and we enjoyed the helpful staff we interacted with during our brief stay.

There was a covered parking garage underneath the building and although breakfast wasn't included there was a good Cafe right on premises. We were just across the street from Johns Hopkins University and it felt like a pretty safe area. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The hotel ambiance was excellent. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Large rooms! The parking garage is a bit tight, but convenient. Will book again!

Even if I got F&B credit, their restaurant, Alize, is barely open and has very limited food options. Their bar isn’t open most of the time also so I couldn’t use my food and beverage credit during my previous stay. Notably, their hours of operation on their website is inaccurate. Upgrading rooms with status was also an issue during this stay although it wasn’t a problem 3-weeks earlier. It’s like they changed ownership or the staff during this stay wasn’t adequately trained. The property is convenient for access to Johns Hopkins, where I was picking up my son. Otherwise, there aren’t any amenities or restaurants near this property (or on property as stated above), and our Uber drivers told us not to walk around the neighborhood at night for fear of being robbed.

Paying for parking was a little expensive but overall a pretty good place

So at check in, we requested early check in since we were traveling for a concert. They acted like it was an inconvenience and didnt have a clean room. So at 3 o'clock I went to their public bathroom to get ready so we could leave. I stop back at the desk at 315 and our room was ready. We dropped our stuff off and headed to the lobby and enjoyed the bar/kitchen. When we got back we notice we had no extra blankets like for the sofa couch. We also only had 2 bath towels for 4 people and the front desk couldnt bring any because he was by himself. Our bathroom sink also was backing up.

We paid $48 to park. The elevator to the parking garage was not working so we had to carry all of our bags out of the garage on the road. It was a long hike and the elevator never worked during out stay. We also requested months ago an early check in. Followed all of the instructions and called the day of our travel to request the early check in. When we arrived at the hotel there were no rooms available and we were never allowed to check in early.

Staff very helpful and accommodating. Although we were checking out that day, we were also visiting Johns Hopkins and needed to leave our car in the parking garage beyond checkout time. They made it super easy and were happy to be accommodating.

The initial room the beds were dirty. Had hairs in bed under pillow cases and stains on sheets. When asked to move we went to a room that appeared smaller, the bathroom.
