The staffs are friendly and helpful. The property is not as good as it seems on the picture ? many mosquitos at night.

We were there in off season and absolutely loved having the serene and perfect temperature pool to ourselves. Our room was spacious, clean, and relaxing. The staff was so friendly and they even had live music one of the nights we were staying there. We walked down to the beach easily.

The vibe is amazing, looks are 10/10. Pool area was nice, but not spectacular. It's also far from the hustle and bustle which is both an upside and downside. The area on the beach has a great vibe about it though, many nice places to sit at and marvel at the view. Cheap scooters available that made travel to popular areas easy. Staff was friendly but rigid when it comes to what's possible (menu changes). They'd picked a fight over a coffee they thought I hadn't paid for. That was disappointing. I had paid for it but just paid again to get away from it. It's beyond me why you'd make that hard as we spend about $1500 at the place.

The bungalow itself was beautifully designed, with high ceilings, a comfortable bed, and a relaxing ambiance. The check-in process was quick, and the staff at the front desk were courteous. I really enjoyed my Balinese massage (though there was an issue I’ll mention below). The highlight of my stay was the food , it was delicious, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. My compliments to the chef and kitchen team for elevating the dining experience. The waitresses and staff were professional courteous. Unfortunately, my stay was marked by several avoidable issues. The A/C was weak and the room was extremely hot upon arrival. The bathroom had no fan or ventilation, making it uncomfortable and full of mosquitoes when the window was opened. Water cut off mid-shower while I was covered in soap and shampoo, forcing me to walk across the property wrapped in a towel to find help ; unacceptable. Pool towels in my room were stained, pool furniture not well maintained, and the umbrellas were old and mildewed. There was no clear or consistent way to communicate with staff, as no WhatsApp chat was offered and one of the front desk attendants in the afternoon’s did not speak English. Dining at the restaurant was also uncomfortable as none of the 6 ceiling fans were ever turned. Most disappointing was the owner’s rudeness . I asked a simple question and was abruptly cut off with “I do not speak English” and a raised hand. It was the only rude encounter I experienced during my entire time in Bali. Lastly, the massage therapist attempted to crack my neck without asking, which I found inappropriate.

Looks like the pictures, the bungalow is large and spacious, it was clean. I will start with what makes me leave this review. The day we were leaving we had to pay the bill for 2 coffees we had consumed, a dessert and a cocktail, we were paying when we realized that they were charging us for an extra drink that according to them we had consumed from the minibar in the bungalow, we told them no, they ended up calling everyone except the person who is supposed to do the cleaning and who counted or found that we had consumed something that was not. The situation was super unpleasant , I wouldn't mind paying the $4 for the soda if I had consumed it, the annoying thing is that they try to put something extra on the bill. Not to mention the prices were ridiculous expensive for anything you consumed there, I literally paid $8 AUD for a coffee with almond milk, not even in Sydney have I ever paid that for a coffee. On the other hand they are building next to the place so there were construction noises and trucks until late at night. This is a personal appreciation but I consider that the beach nearby is very ugly, except for surfing.

Great bungalows.. great staff… great location for the surf and exploring… but away from the hustle and bustle or Uluwatu…. Great to get around on a scooter too …

We stayed in a bungalow with patio. Room was very spacious and really nicely decorated. Wood finish looked stunning throughout. Patio/terrace area has 2 comfy bean bags and table and chairs to choose from. The terrace looked out onto a garden view which was stunning this place really takes care of its garden area seen staff maintaining it everyday. Staff are first class smiles all round very helpful with anything and very attentive. Water pressure in the shower was very weak. Poolside was good though. Had a power cut twice in one day not necessarily there fault but it did spoil one evening and limited one breakfast. Don’t be fooled by there happy hour it’s only for beer and you’d think it’s buy one get one free or 3 for price of 2, but only works out to be 5000 IDR off per beer that’s roughly 0.25p in pound sterling off. Not much of a saving. Cocktails too expensive and due to location there wasn’t many other bars to go to especially in rainy season Breakfast was passable but sausages were cold on both occasions.

The resort was planned with great attention to detail. We really liked everything here. The staff is always friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Our bungalow was really great and looks even better than in the pictures. It was a shame that we only spent two nights here :( Not a single Thing.

The staff deserve at least 12 out of 10 stars. Cleanliness was outstanding, amenities above average, design and interior of the room, as well as shared spaces fabulous and extremely well cared for. Seeing the owner enter the property with new decorative pieces in her hands explained it all. Aside from her impressive taste, she's a lovely woman. The water quality was very poor. I never experienced such a bad taste when rinsing my mouth before in my life, and I travelled extensively. The mosquito net was too short, so there were gaps, and we got stung.

The resort is beautiful! Gardens and houses are very well maintained. In the description we saw two rooms in private villa, however we found out that these are two villas with 3 beds each (which was a nice surprise). We had our private part of resort with pull and two houses. Paradise! The breakfast options are very poor but tasty. It’s either fully fried (eggs, bacon, sausage)or only sweet(chocolate and banana cake) or Asian fried rice. No veggies or fruits. The location of the hotel is far from Uluwatu. It’s around 15 min by scooter to Bingin. The Balangan beach is not so nice to spend time on.
