They refused to acknowledge the booking done on the booking.com platform. They did not provide us with rooms when we reached the hotel at night

I feel like I am at visiting my relatives

I think there was 1 guy who must be owner he speaks good. The staff behaves rude when he is not around. Area is not clear. Cleanliness is poor

Manager Mr.Shyam was Super Helpful Each Day, He Guided us with Places to See in Little time we had. Thank You! You are a Star! Food Arrangement made was Appreciated. Simple & Homely. No Receipt Given for Cash Payments made to Owner at the End of our Stay. No Proper Reception. At time we arrived at Hotel, It was under Construction so understand all was not 100%.

Breakfast was timely in our Room. They didn't take the Full Payment on Online Payment system, so we need to arrange Cash Payment. Which was very inconvenient. In Booking Amount they included the free Breakfast, but at the end Bill they did charge for it.

Great place to stay in Ayodhya. Very friendly staff, they will prepare food at any time of day from their menu. Very helpful in finding travel services. The washrooms had a constant smell

The owner and staff were dedicated . They worked with service spirits. We got home cooked food. It was like home away from home. The only problem was its location and distance from Ayodhya.

The food quality was good and home cooked, all prices are nominal and location is close to all major attractions. Housekeeping and room cleaning could be better, needs lot more space for luggage storage.

Good to stay. Cupboards or almirah should have been placed for keeping baggage

There is nothing which I liked about it. This is a Dharamshala and not a hotel. You will feel every single rupee is going to drain. Don't pre book any hotel in Ayodhya. Everyone is cashing the opportunity. If you are planning for a stay in Ayodhya, come to Ayodhya then search for hotel. Check rooms and facilities first. Don't pre-book it. Everyone there is cashing the opportunity. I booked this hotel seeing good rating, but this is all fake. The location is approx 7km away from Shri Ram Janam bhoomi. You will have to take auto or e-rickshaw from this place. If they are going on booking then it will cost approx Rs 300/-. The moment I was parking my car in the hotel I felt my money was going in the drain. This was non - refundable and non - cancellable booking. One of the staff (Suraj) showed us our 2 room which was booked for approx Rs 3000/- per night per room. Total 2 nights total bill Rs 13709/-. One of the room was not smelling good, so asked Suraj to change the room. He denied. So I went to the owner and asked to change it otherwise I will move out. Then he allotted different room to us. We have to ask Suraj to change all stained bedsheets and stained pillow covers. Pillow are so dirty from inside, you will puke seeing it. Asked Suraj to give us 4 pair slippers for 4 members, he gave 2 pairs only. For anything you have to reask things multiple times. Same stuff happened to get dental kit, they have no clue what the heck was that. We ordered food from zomato and asked for 4 plates, 4 bowls and 4 spoons. They said they are sending it. After 5-7 mins again asked them by calling on the number mentioned in the menu, they said have some patience we are sending (sabr rakhiye bhej rahe hai). Very rude behaviour. We booked for 2 nights paid for 2 nights but checked out in 1 night only. This is a total waste of money. Owner is cashing the opportunity. All staff are very good , they are very co-operative & very helpful ?? Food & all facilities

The room was clean and equipped with heater, working tv, table, chair. The washroom was clean with hot water available. I stayed in ground floor as I just wanted a night halt. They have a kitchen and food served was good. The staff was courteous, who helped arranged a taxi for me for Sultanpur. Nothing major. The entrance has some construction work going when I had visited, but that's temporary.

Superb
