Nothing Very unfriendly and dirty Water issues all over

The bathroom must be remodeled. As a star hotel, there is no room to keep it in the bathroom, like my shaving and my wife’s make up next to the wash basin. Biggest issue is, there is no holder in the shower to keep the soap, shampoo. All you need a corner shelf to hold the soap. Hope the management will look into it and give a more comfortable stay for upcoming guests.

Excellent on-site restaurant. Food was excellent. New property with modern fixtures. Staff at reception desk was very rude and erratic. We were asked to check out at 11am. When pointed the check out time mentioned on Bookings.com (12-1pm), they asked to deal with bookings.com. Hotel lobby and common area a/c wasn’t working, so waiting in lobby was unpleasant. Rooms a/c also wasn’t turned on and it took approximately one hour before room became usable.

The Ramayana Hotel in Ayodhya is an amazing place to stay. The rooms are spacious and well made. All comforts required in a room have been well taken care of. Cleanliness is well taken care of in the entire hotel premises. The location is very good, away from the hustle bustle of a temple town and yet not too far. The garden in the hotel is big and apt for strolls. The food is good. What makes the hotel special is its staff. Pleasant, smiling, supportive, helpful. It was specially a pleasure to know Amit Singh from the front desk (super helpful and accessible) and the staff at the restaurant. I would ensure that the next time I visit Ayodhya I find a place in this very same hotel There is nothing I did not like about this hotel. For me it was perfect

The breakfast had limited options. The price is not acceptable for the service they provide. The prices are higher than any other higher end hostel without justifying the cost or providing the quality. Very disappointed.

Clean rooms, quality linen and good food While checking in the front office staff asked for more money than the amount shown while booking through booking.com . Had to highlight that to staff and showed him the amount shown on the booking.com app. Then he agreed to give a ‘ discount ‘ to match the booking.com rates .
