The room was very clean elegantly designed with very clean linens. the staff are courteous very responsive to my request. The breakfast was conveniently located on the sixth floor not to far to my room. The access to the elevator from each corresponding floor allows easy access to the free parking provided. Overall, I am greatly satisfied with the service received during my stay.

Another great stay here the staff is amazing…!! I live in Orlando and come here for work and it’s always a great experience. From check in to the bar and pool staff… outstanding! There was a fire last night next door at another property and the power went out… staff handled it great they were accommodating with no power or elevator. Took care of the guests I’ll be back

Hotel was nice. Pool had dead bugs and water was freezing.

The handicap accessible room was lacking accessibility. The beds were tall making chair transfers challenging. The shower was small and all the water ran out into the middle of the bathroom.

I was trying to get breakfast 20 per day but was denied saying I have to pay upstairs, did not kike that. Pool to be open longer. I travel with the family and the kids and they enjoyed the pool but we came back after the game around 8,30 and kids were not able to use the pool anymore. Disappointed ?
