The Lx Hill

We loved the vibe and the staff (very welcoming and helping), the breakfast área and the patio! They change towels and bed linens daily. No elevator and lots of stairs to get up to our room The Rooms han just a small rotating fan that was not enough for the heat of the summer. Please notice that Uber will not take you to the door… taxis will do. The street has restricted entrance. We did not realized that as not AC of elevators during the reservación :) We loved though, the vibe of the place; the staff(really nice) and the fact they clean the rooms and change the beds linens and towels, every day.

Room was very hot, window was open upon arrival allowing for sun to heat the room immensely. Cooled down by 4am.

Friendly Helpful Comfortable communal areas Super clean GF breakfast provided - food was good Ground floor - room 1 - closest to eye level on pavement - needs a blind? Or maybe windows that can be placed on latches.

The staff were good. Poor quality sheets, small room and tiny bathroom. No air con.

Very friendly staff, all was clean and comfortable. The lounge and community areas are very nice as well. No complaints, really.

Friendly staff, early check in at no extra cost and a very clean room. The property is close to the famous old 28 tram line. Rooms can be noise but luckily our neighbours were quiet

The shower was barely large enough to reach the floor if you dropped some thing

Top location, great appartment!

It was such a nice experience staying in Lx Hill hostel !? Starting with the most welcoming staff to cleaning in rooms everyday, and very very nice breakfast that was included. We stayed in private bedroom, the location was reachable to everywhere just in 15 minutes and it wasn’t loud at nights. Very nice I honestly liked everything, and i want to wish Lx hill hostel all the best in future !

The bed wasn't properly cleaned, there was dirt on the bed frame and an old pajama next to the mattress. my room no.4 wasn't properly ventilated as the room & bathroom window was to the dining area, there was smell in the bathroom, I think other rooms could be better.

It’s lisbon so i understand Spaces are Shrinking. But the room was really small

The rooms are pretty small, including the bathroom. I stayed in a room on the 2nd floor and had to sleep with the windows open since it was summer and they don't have AC or fans. Asked to change room since the street is super noisy and they didn't had other rooms availables.... Also you can hear each step from the upper floor.

Location is great, lot of pub and bars in the near and the room was clean

The staff were so sweet and kind. They are so helpful and I liked that it felt like they were part of the hostel as well (I assumed they stayed there too). Location was amazing, right in the heart of where you want to be. Breakfast was good but they only provided fruit our first day, or at least they don’t provide it until later (first day had later breakfast, next 8:30-9am breakfast) which either way is unfair. Would appreciate more consistency in that. Omg it was soooo freaking hot. The room was SUPER tiny which made the heat even worse. The fan felt like someone was trying to blow their hot breath on me, that’s how little it did. We had to sleep naked every single night and still were sweating. I’m sure it’s lovely during colder times, despite the tiny space.
