SpringHill Suites by Marriott Denver Anschutz Medical Campus

This is the best hotel for the price and amenities i have ever stayed in. My family has stayed at this location for over 30 nights in the last few years. It is directly across from UC Health Anschutz and Children's. I would guess >80 % of guests are there due to medical needs for family. It is a perfect place to set up base. the staff are friendly and accommodating, the rooms are perfect with a sleeper sofa and large beds, the medical assist rooms with shower seats and rails are critical for us and others . it is walking distance to food , care and just really made our time so much more endurable. i recommend it entirely

They need to hire people that wanna work and they love their job front desk wasn’t that helpful bathrooms. They don’t have any supplies living room. There was no coffee no nothing.

The staff was extremely happy and helpful

This property is awesome. The room was great, check in was smooth. We will stay again. Only problem with this stay was the breakfast. All of the Chocolate milk was past its due date. The breakfast was okay but just ‘messy’.

Everything was wonderful. The pool was really cold. Other than that it was a great stay.

The location near hospital. Sheets on king bed were smelling strong perfume. Not sure they were clean. No sheet prepared for the sofa bed despite the request/note I wrote when I booked the hotel. We had to ask to get some. Breakfast so so.

I reserved a room and it was shown as not available. I have been charged for it without staying. Your company Hotels.com changed the booking to a date in September that my appointment was moved to. Charged for two rooms, not stayed in any.

There were two hotels close to the VA Hospital I was visiting. I chose this one because it was a tad closer and I thought I could walk over everyday. (Wrong) Breakfast was at best decent. The room was bare, zero amenities, not even bottles of water in the room. There were VERY overpriced vending machines in the lobby that you accessed with your credit card. The bed was exceptionally bad. It was extremely soft and had a dip, soft in that way you know it should have been replaced long ago. The bed linens however were clean. There was no comfortable chair in the room to sit to watch TV, even though half the room was empty. Carpeting throughout was stained and dirty, as was the furniture in the common areas. I checked out after 2 nights, instead of the one week I intended to stay.

We love this hotel and 5/5 recommend. See you next time.

Everything was great

I do love that the toilet and shower have different rooms . The beds are comfortable, the pillows were comfy . Beds were clean . Breakfast was great . Cons; our room wasn’t ready 3 hrs after check in time . After 10 hrs of travel with a medically complex toddler , I was really unhappy about that . There was trash left behind from the previous guest . The shower was confusing . Also , the tub was clogged and soap and hair came out of the drain as the tub filled up . The location is great for the hospital and there is walkable food options for dinner or Lunch . The bartender was rude and wouldn’t acknowledge us, so we left and went elsewhere. Pool was clean . Be aware it is $10 a day to park in their lot .
