Functional accommodation in great location in central Auckland. Kitchenette had the basics but nothing more. Great little cafe next door. Gym access was an unexpected bonus.

Staff & location were awesome, close to Sky Tower and harbor. Everything you need to cook light breakfast, wash & dry clothes. Beds and pillows allowed for good sleep, take eye masks if you sleep late. Prefer a north facing vs south facing unit, to keep cool. Summer, must run AC all day for comfortable nights sleep. Would stay here again. IN Room carpets need updated. Bathrooms & showers tidy, with good body care products.

The room was much smaller than anticipated and was starting to show its age with worn carpet and fixtures. Great location in the cbd.

Furniture horrendous. Staff delightful. Did not have any breakfast. Rooms were clean.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy and there was a well stocked kitchen. Room was central to town and the city vibe. The staff were helpful. Self parking is in an adjacent Wilsons Parking and costs extra per day. There was noise from the street below well into the night both nights we stayed.

Rooms need an upgrade, we had water leaking from rain into the main bedroom all night, had to use all the towels to stop the dripping noise keeping us awake

We loved the amount of space we had in the room. We had a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and 2 separate bedrooms.

It's a nice hotel in a good location but needs some improvements. Service was good, i had some issue with the peephole, which was on the floor :) but it was addressed the same day. Besides that everything else was ok. The kitchen had all the basic utensils, the view from the so called balcony (you only have room to put your foot there, nothing more) was great and the bed was comfy.

Bathroom stunk ? drain. Took over 10 mins to get hot water in shower. Pullout couch very uncomfortable as lying on springs.
