Location great we went to concert in town hall easy walk to restaurant for dinner then to the venue Wanted a drink after the concert which finished at 10.15 and the Hotel bar was closed

Very central hotel to stay for a concert at the Aotea Centre. Bed was super comfy, big fluffy towels, clean, quiet and there was also a coffee machine in the room. What more could you want? Nothing. It was great!

The bathroom is very beautiful and luxurious looking blankets weren’t very comfy and one staff member Tracey didn’t even acknowledge me today when waiting to check out, she was expecting me to just come up to her at the counter instead of looking at me and calling me, another staff member noticed this and he called her out on this, this was then when i was finally acknowledged after waiting for her

Location Door to a connecting room was not sound proof and we could hear next door as they had a gathering in their room in the evening.

Location was nearby restaurants, shops, and connected skybridge to NZICC My heater wasn’t working so it was cold in the room the entire stay

Location, close to casino. Pool facilities. Wasn't expecting to be charged $200 bond, although I booked online using afterpay. This charge should've been added to the afterpay amount. Because I wasn't expecting this meant that I had to make last-minute changes to our dinner plans. They knew we had 3 people and only enough towels for 2 people.
