Relatively well kept rooms The property is smelly and looks unprofessional, homeless shelter/ haunted house vibe, staff decided it was a good idea to get into our room 2 times without permission while being inside, at first they assigned us a room which wasn’t ready and then the next day they changed us again to another room, I had to literally just booked another hotel because, I just keep feeling they would get into the room again at any moment, no respect whatsoever.

The lady at reception is very nice. She is very helpful and sensitive of the needs of the guests. Felt very welcome. The buffet was good. Rooms were very small.

The hotel was good—not great, good okay. The biggest downside was the location. It was quite far from the city center( but we knew it) , and there were a lot of rough-looking people and migrants on the streets, which made us feel unsafe, especially at night.

Nothing The room was very small and not comfortable for a four-night stay. The towels were very thin and felt old, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Both my son and I developed neck pain because we could not sleep comfortably. The bathroom became very dirty and wet after using the shower, and there was nothing available to clean or dry the floor. I asked reception for a towel or bath mat, but I was told it would arrive within an hour; unfortunately, it was only provided the following afternoon. The parking entrance was also extremely narrow, especially for larger cars. On one occasion, I got stuck between the two gates and, despite repeatedly ringing the bell, nobody answered. I had to wait until another car arrived from outside so the gate would open.
