Very good

They assigned us the wrong room. Then they gave us another room, and it was filthy, with wrinkled and dirty beds. There was also trash in the bins, blood on the bathroom floor, and the bathtub was dirty. We called reception, but no one answered. We went twice to ask them to clean the room, and they didn't come until the next day after 5 pm. It was a bad experience.

I like the fact of the different shops in the hotel and the use of the kiosk when checking in

The size of the room was nice It was clean Liked the shampoo and conditioner No pen or paper in the room The garage can in the ice machine room was over slowing for 3 days. The elevators situation was horrible. We did 25 minutes for an elevator during checkout time Had to take our own luggage down because of the elevators backed up.

Loved how everything was under one roof shopping, food, fun. Everything was great. Roof top pool on the floor below us .North tower was great. Boardwalk was right outside the main entrance. Loved it will be back before summer is over

The location and the restaurants. The entertainment as far as clubs gaming, excellent. When I checked in, it seems the rooms aren’t clean thoroughly. I moved the furniture in both rooms because I had two rooms you found dirt cereal on the back of the. Dresser drawers, the floors were dusty. The carpet in the middle of the bed wasn’t clean and it seems like they just remade the beds and that’s what they did in the room. I stood in the Solange Tower. I have stayed in the other towers and it’s been great, but this one was a big disappointment, especially for the price they charge. I was very disappointed then you even had to use the elevators that the housekeeping uses to go up and down because they don’t have the regular elevators working only two when they have four. Then I went into one of the pretzel places that have the little hotdog in it and she didn’t have any change, which I have worked in retail and she said oh I have no change. I gave her a 10 she owed me a dollar you mean you didn’t even have that in quarters or change I found that to be a rip off and that tells me the person they have working there is trying to pocket money, but the experience was horrible and it makes me think twice about ever staying there and I was staying there with my two daughters, my wife and my son in both rooms when you looked around and moved around the dresser and the middle drawer between the beds, it was disgusting in the back you just found bottles and as I said before cereal and the other room behind the dresser drawer, it was the worst I ever seen this hotel and they supposed to be really good hotel and they are in another towel unless they’re losing the class of people that worked there and then when my daughter went into the pool and she’s 24 years old, the lifeguard tells her oh don’t drown I don’t feel like getting in the water. What kind of crap is that? I guess he doesn’t like his job. I suggest they change things there because I would not even tell anybody to stay in there hotel. I was very disappointed.

We stayed in the Havana Executive Suite. The room was beautifully appointed, and we enjoyed a stunning view of the beach. However, I have two concerns. The bathroom tub was extremely slippery, and I nearly fell twice. Additionally, one of the bath towels had multiple yellow stains, which I only noticed after drying off. This was quite unpleasant. Aside from these issues, everything else was superb. (3 night, 4 day stay)

Need more hours on the pool
-
The self parking was good until I used the stairs. The stairwell could have better directions for exiting the garage. Exit signs lead me in a maze before I was able to find my way into the hotel.

All convenient everything in one place

Tropicana is still bold and beautiful and all encompassing as a resort-not just a casino. However, I believe it's not staffed in accordance to it's size and the sheer volume of ppl it serves. While ALL of the staff was absolutely pleasant and helpful-you cannot reach one single person by any of the buttons on the hotel phone-not front desk, housekeeping, or anything else. Not via the hotel room phone, nor via calling from your cell phone. We had wait times of 11 minutes to over 20 minutes! If you happen to see staff on the floor-very accommodating, but that's the only way. The text feature didn't even work. While, we got a response (probably Ai)-no results. Tried to order fresh towels and coffee supplies-Ai responded that someone would bring them up in an HOUR? Nope-not even in 2 hours, but housekeeping was knocking on that door exactly at 10 for checkout. Otherwise, enjoyed the show, the hotel, room service by Hashes 2 Go Go, the shops! I don't gamble and there is still so much to see and do! I'll certainly be back, but want you guys to have this feedback so you can do a better job communicating with your customers.

Im usually skeptical about any place i decide to stay for multiple days, but I must say that everything went smoothly, no complaints about the property and my stay was pleasant

Staff was helpful, friendly. Room was almost perfect. I miss having a microwave.

Got a room upgrade with all the bells and whistles: massage table, movie room, hot tub, etc. The room was great as the atmosphere. The clubs are live and we had a great time. No need to leave the hotel.
