Hyatt Place Atlanta Centennial Park

Amazing location, fabulous hospitality. Everything was amazing besides the AC not working appropriately. We made three different stops down to the front desk to mention this issue and it was never fixed. I am not sure if they sent staff to come look and address the issue but we were never asked to move rooms or even accommodated further than the initial acknowledgement of our issue. It’s far too hot in Georgia to not have a completely functioning AC unit.

This hotel offered amazing customer service from front desk check in & out, to the valet crew, to the cleaning and maintenance team, to continental breakfast staff, everyone made this stay very enjoyable! The continental breakfast was also very yummy! The location was accessible to prime locations. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was ok. Nothing to rave about. The fresh fruit was the best part of breakfast.

Breakfast was really impressive, much better than I expected. Scrambled Eggs, Hash Browns, Sausage, Pancakes, Assorted Pastries, Assorted Fresh Fruits, Assorted Bagels and Muffins, Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Oatmeal, Assorted Cold Cereal and more.

The Hyatt is in the perfect spot for downtown activities. Highly recommend it.

Breakfast was good, liked the fresh fruit especially. Convenient to walk to the event we were going to and felt safe. Price of the room and also the $60 fee to park for guests staying in the Hotel. Mildew in the shower stall that could be easily cleaned with Clorox or another cleaner. Dirty spots or stains on the carpets, furniture and sofa pillows.

Great location to the Aquarium and Coca Cola factory.. Room was not too updated..No microwave nor safe.. that was disappointing

Very friendly staff! Very clean rooms and a very nice complimentary breakfast.

We loved our experience at this hotel. Conveniently located to the aquarium, museums and centennial park. We had a great view from our room. We used the facilities like the pool, the gym and even the laundry room. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was fresh every morning. Best time to get there is around 7:00am. We will def stay here again. Thank you.
