I had to step through a group of homeless people standing directly in the doorway, but thought "Wow I guess thats Atlanta. Them when I came back with my bags. One of them followed me all the way to the elevator in the center of the hotel. Instead of walking to my room, I decided to go to the tables, then another area, and all along the way, he followed me like a shadow. Finally I had to confront him myself to say "Hey, stop following me." Still the hotel staff (about 5 present) did and said nothing. I then told the homeless man to follow me outside, which he did, at which point I said to the staff "Hey can somebody do something about this?" Then a worker responded "Ya I was telling her 'look that guy is following him!' that was crazy!" To which I said, so y'all just let people in like that for the guests to fend for themselves, huh?" Then today (2 days after checkout) I see there are all kinds of erroneous charges from the hotel. I called to find out what they were and was told that it was items charged at the front desk to my room, including $11 for a water and a soft drink, and an $85 charge for something they don't even know! I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold for 30 minutes. Noe when I call, I am Immediately hung up on. Called the IHG corporate number and they said they will call in 2 to 3 business days! Worst experience ever! Nothing is safe here, not your physical safety, your money, etc. NEVER booking again.

It was good stay. clean and friendly workers. RooMs were clean . Breakfast was awesome ! Elevators were a nightmare and tiny, rooms were tiny.
-
Lobby was very run down , homeless outside hotel right in front of the hotel making it feel not very safe. Rooms were clean and staff was good.

It was okay. Went in the room and smelled like wet dog. We didn’t really have any natural lighting and on top of that they woke us up from our sleep at 1am to call about some mix up they made with someone else’s transactions. The bathroom was clogged and there was some weird green stuff on the bathroom tile. I honestly didn’t have a good experience if you have to pay an extra $30 or $20 to stay somewhere else I would recommend….

We had a great stay! I would highly recommend the suites because of the space - two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living area. Worked out perfectly for three! The location was excellent with great restaurants and the aquarium within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage and valet park before our check-in time. Breakfast was also wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms very small and in need of replar. Ie… shower head loose. Didn’t work well.

Loved proximity to Olympic Park with Aquarium, Football, Coca Cola and Human Rights museums, Marta, Ted’s Montana Reataurant. Excellent breakfast and Great Staff! A bit musty in my initial rooms with heavy plug in sprays. I asked the staff and they were really quick to transfer me to a much better room with no smell. Older rooms but clean furniture. Good for families and young. Quiet. I had a great rate booking early.

Location. Parking (payment) was the building close to the hotel. Room was really clean WiFi signal was not good at all. A part of this all OK.

Breakfast, 2 bathrooms. The evening receptionist didnot pass on information to his colleagues which caused an issue at 05.30 am when our third person arrived. There wasn't water in the room. The morning receptionist wasn't informative on the local area, not even knowing the name of the next street where the car hire was located!
