The outside was nice, but once you enter and got into the room it was a disaster. The room was not clean and had a bad smell. Had to keep asking them to come in and spray deodorizer. The floors were not clean and needed to be mopped. I requested a handicap room and the manager insisted that the room was a handicap room. No railings in the bathroom. No chair for the tub, I couldn’t even get in that small tub. He stated that it was on the first floor so that was the best he could do. Kept telling me to come and check I morning to see if they had a handicap room become available. After a whole week of this foolishness he told me he thought I should go to another hotel after I asked him to refund my money, for him leading me on. No compensation was provided. He became very rude. I moved out with no satisfaction. No apology for his bad attitude or for leading me on. Then he had the audacity to tell me if he had a handicap room it would cost me $200 extra dollars. Didn’t offer to pay for my Lyft ride to the next Extended stay. They also charged me $1.75 for a blanket and told me I would have to pay for toilet tissues and clean towels. They need to close down that hotel at 2010 Power Ferry Rd I was disgusted. Never stay at that location again. Will make sure I put this in my books never to rent there again and will pass the word around to all my traveling friends.

The front desk manager was extremely rude his name started with a K and they made me wait until 3:30 pm and made me check out at regular time

The first thing I noticed upon entering the front door was the bad smell. It was throughout the entire building including the room I was assigned. It was a smell I couldn't get use to. The second thing I noticed was how dirty the hotel was throughout.

Location ok maintenance man was very helpful and nice a 2 of the front desk ladies were nice the manager was terrible came in our room while everyone was sleeping to spray bug spray not cool at all. Room was in bad shape sink leaked no TV cord toilet never worked rite microwave didn't work and was told that room should have never been rented out Almost everything

Good location and fair price. Poor coverage at night. Hotel keys stopped working. Drawers hadn’t been cleaned out in our room. Pull out bed hadn’t been cleaned. Only two towels provided for our whole stay.

They created fuss on my pet and didn't check me in - kept me waiting for 3 hrs. to get things cleaned and eventually didn't even check me in.

It was convenient to where I was going.

Check-in took over an hour due to repeated explanations about unavailable rooms. Our third-party reservation was canceled, and we were told that room type was not available. We were then offered a complimentary upgrade to a King Suite, but the room appeared no different from a standard queen room. Unfortunately, the room was not clean—the bed had what appeared to be used sheets, and the bathroom was quite dirty.
