Room smelled of mold there were bugs microwave didn't work staff not on the same page with one another tube dirty having to pay for bath towels and haven't received my 100 amenities deposit. The website and the rooms look totally different false advertising. I will never book here again!!

The hotel was dirty, smelled terrible, & had roaches. We tried a different room. It was worse. Although it was supposed to be non smoking another guest walked through the lobby with a lit cigarette while i was trying to change rooms. After the roach on the wall in the second room we decided to leave. The front desk clerk apologized then told me I would have to contact Expedia to get a refund. This turned out to be a lie because I had used the "pay at hotel" option. They took the payment and only they could reverse it. The manager was standing silently next to her as I spoke to her & she told this falsehood. The support agent at Expedia tried multiple times to call the hotel. I also tried multiple times but they did not answer the phone. I finally had to contact my credit card agency to dispute the charge.

As soon as I checked in, I went to inspect the room and immediately returned to the front desk. There was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, and the room itself smelled heavily of cigarette smoke despite my requesting a non-smoking room. Because the condition of the room did not meet my expectations, I asked for a refund, checked out immediately, and left the hotel.

First of all at a certain time there is no one in the lobby and you need to use a phone to call an attendant to come to the lobby and check you in. That was a 15 minute wait. Then the hotel room smelled like someone was smoking. The shower did not have a curtain and there was a plastic bag covering the smoke detector. That tells you someone was smoking.

It was not clean at all. When we got off the elevator there were 2 full trash cans with gnats swarming perforating the hallways. The floors were nasty, the remote wouldn't work and nobody at the desk to inform of it. Drawers and bathroom door missing

I had a great stay. The room was very clean and well maintained, which made it comfortable and relaxing. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with any questions I had. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room cool throughout my stay. Parking was convenient and easy to access, making check-in and coming and going hassle-free. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with excellent service.

Inside the hotel,, the trash collection areas on each floor need to be checked and emptied more frequently. The flooring at the 3rd floor elevator needs to be replaced. The hallway carpeting needs a deep cleaning or replacement. My room was comfortable and functional, but the kitchen appliances and the cabinets need an upgrade, as does the the TV and guest portal. The desk/table was unstable, with one leg only loosely attached. However, everything did work as it was supposed to. This is NOT a bad hotel, but it needs a lot of improvement, given the price point. P.S. The Pet fee is a ridiculous and indefensible daily charge that only serves to penalize guests with pets. A refundable deposit would be a far more reasonable and justifiable charge.
