This might be one of the best experiences that I've ever had in a hotel. I've been staying here for a work trip. The room was extremely clean, quiet, and the service from the team, particularly Troy, was exceptional! N/A

Staff at front desk were extremely friendly and did not hesitate to do whatever they could to insure our stay was excellent.

The staff was above and beyond professional-extremely nice. My hotel room was quiet. And it was walking distance from a trade show which was very convenient. I would absolutely stay here again.

The location is great if you want to be in downtown Atlanta. However, the coffershop and in-room coffee maker are terrible. The food service, which is advertised, is not available.

Checked in after 3pm and room was not ready. Iron board broken. Bed skirt torn. No microwave in room, so don't bring back leftovers. Had to Valet at $55 a day.
