Clean and very beautiful hotel A little far from the centre

The room was clean, nice and fit three people comfortable with three twins. The bathroom was a great size. Overall the room was nice. The service was great. About 25 minutes to the airport. Parking was also convenient as they have an underground garage. The wifi wasn't working well. And the food could have been better.

The bed. I was disappointed with my experience regarding the check-in and check-out arrangements. When I arrived, I was told that early check-in was not available. However, I was then informed that if I paid an additional €26, I could check in early. I was also told that I would have to pay extra if I wanted a late check-out. As a first-time guest, I believe customer satisfaction should be a priority. In my opinion, early check-in should have been accommodated without an additional charge, especially when the room was available, and I would have appreciated being offered a complimentary late check-out as a gesture of goodwill. I understand that hotels have policies and additional services can come with fees, but hospitality is also about making guests feel welcomed and valued. In America, we often place a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, and I believe that same principle should apply everywhere. I appreciate the service I received, but this experience has made me question whether I would choose to stay here again. At this point, I honestly don’t know if I will return.

Staff, breakfast, pool and the restaurant on the top of the building Too many lights for one switch. We were with our 2 years old, we need some night light however the light next to the bed too bright, meanwhile all the other lights around the room on one switch.

We had been in contact with the hotel about arranging a transfer from the port to the hotel when we arrived in off the boat, however despite many emails and messages we never heard back and had to organise an expensive taxi at the port. The pool was fantastic, however extremely difficult to secure a spot to sit as it was very busy everytime we went.

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly. All around enjoyed our stay. Parking was difficult for a big car. The inability to bring in outside food such as a coffee or pastry. We are not big breakfast eaters so to pay for the hotel breakfast was too much. There is a bakery across the street which is most often full so there was nowhere to sit but we could not bring our purchase back to the hotel.

Great breakfast, amazing staff Weak air conditioning, the pool has no areas with shade and it’s small for the number of guests this hotel can hold, which is a pity. We wanted a hotel with a pool but we were never able to use it.

The reception staff were not welcoming or friendly, and unfortunately were not very helpful. I also requested coffee, and after following up, I was told it was on its way, but it never arrived

This location offers excellent accessibility to public transportation, enabling swift travel to the northern suburbs and the city center. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring a diverse and delectable selection. It included local delicacies such as cheese and spinach pies, as well as eggs prepared in various styles (fried, scrambled, boiled), soup, salad, donuts, and other delectable desserts. Great water pressure in the shower/bathtub. Nice big TV in the rooms for us to catch up on FIFA games. Despite its age, the building has undergone extensive maintenance and updates. However, I have noticed a slight delay in the drainage of the shower and bathtub.
