The breakfast and the infinity pool w/ their views of the Parthenon We didn’t have face cloths in our room on one of the nights we stayed
-
Very clean, nice view at the top, the breakfast Minor things such as Some power plugs not working in room.

Very clean and friendly Took over 1 hour to check in. And when it was completed they gave me a one bedroom when I was to have 2 bedrooms. I had to leave bags in the wrong room in order to make a business meeting. When I returned the room was ready. This hotel is amazing but they need people who know what they are doing in the front desk for check in. My friends were at the same hotel a week later and the also sat in line to check in and only 2 people were working. When you have to wait for 60 minutes to check in you have to address this problem!!

Nice lobby, friendly, professional, and helpful staff. Elevators-we were on the seventh floor and watched elevators go past us for several minutes before one stopped to let us on. Balcony-useless because it was on the west side of the hotel and there was not any overhead cover to block the hot sun, plus watching the construction barrier on the building across from us wave in the wind was the only view we had. Nowhere to sit in our room. Just the bed.

The lobby is very nice. We were greeted with a smile and a welcome. The lobby staff was so kind and friendly. The free breakfast buffet was delicious, large and the staff in the dining area were great as well. There was nothing that I was dissatisfied with. The one complaint i have is that there were no washcloths for the shower, but that seems to be a European thing.

Very good hotel with excellent facilities. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food, drinks, and outlets are significantly overpriced. You expect to pay a premium for extras, but the prices here are simply excessive

Exceptional breakfast, view & staff ! This hotel is truly magnificent ! The lifts can sometimes take forever and are quite small.
-
Fair hotel, don’t expect much overall as it is absolutely old hotel. Old furniture and facilities.

I liked that room service was good and some of the staffs were very nice. First, I was given room number 738 which i beleive was just under the stairs that takes people to the breakfast hall, so we could hear the noice of all the people's foot steps on the stairs early morning beside the noice from the road, so the room was very noicy. Second, the drainage in the sink of the bathroom was blocked, and it had bad smell. The parky on the other hand on the floor needed maintenance as it was black because if the humidity. Basically, the room needs maintenance. I beleive ivwas given the worst room in the hotel with the same value of money. This room should be given with less rate for the reasons given above.

The hotel is spacious and has a nice layout. The rooftop is a great feature, and the view of the Acropolis is beautiful. The staff were friendly and welcoming. While I ultimately enjoyed my stay, there are a few areas that could be improved. First, the check-in experience was quite challenging. The line was consistently very long, with only three staff members assisting guests, making the process slow. A more efficient or expedited check-in process would significantly improve the guest experience. Second, the elevators are very small and not air-conditioned. With the number of guests using them throughout the day, they became uncomfortably hot. Given the size of the property, it would also have been helpful if the front desk had explained the layout of the hotel and identified the nearest elevator to my room. My room was quite far from the main elevators, and I only discovered later that there was a secondary elevator much closer that would have made getting around much easier. Finally, when I arrived, I learned that my reservation had been canceled, even though I had notified the hotel in advance that I would be arriving a day later. I was accommodated in an accessible room because it was the only room available, which I appreciated. However, it would have been helpful if the staff had informed me that it was an accessible room at check-in rather than allowing me to discover that on my own. Clear communication in situations like this would help better manage guest expectations.

Breakfast was decent. The young man Giannis, who helped us with our bags was great. Diontis who worked with luggage was great in giving information about the taxi service to the airport. Eggs were a little cold but OJ tasted like fresh squeezed-delicious. Concierge was helpful and appreciate the shuttle to the park. Was very grateful for the taxi service with a flat rate to the airport. Appreciate the close walking distance to a convenience store. The gym was also nice. Size of elevators. And I asked for plain water at dinner, not knowing that that would cost me $6.00 Along with bread and a spread that I thought was a complimenting starter that cost $4.00. A little surprising.

The room was comfortable and clean. Service was very slow. Poolside service from the bar was the worst. Sitting at the tables at the bar, it routinely took more than a half hour just to get a menu. Check-in was also extremely slow. It took almost two hours of standing in line before we got our room key. The acropolis view suite we booked was almost entirely blocked by a building with red neon lights that lit up our room at night. It also overlooked a loud, busy road lined with strip clubs.

Location, rooftop pool view, breakfast and its variety, indoor pool and sauna. Longest check-in ever experienced. We arrived at about 12, stayed in a very long queue ( 24/7 line which takes at least half an hour for your turn to come), completed the check in but the room were not ready. When came back at 3 pm to get the room keys, we had to stay again in the same line for another half an hour ( minimum). Very bad experience. AC in the room was not cool. Called guest service twice, no change. The minibar in the room was actually a warmer rather than keeping the stuff cool, the guest service says minibar is not supposed to be fridge, hotel duty manager, Tina, was very kind but the maximum she did was to offer us a drink ??. We were told that while we were out the minibar unit has completely replaced but we didn’t see and change in the performance. Our booking was included with breakfast. Everyday at restaurant, we were told our booking does not include breakfast and we have to pay, and we had to proof otherwise. In general guest service is very very disrespectful and poor.

The rooms were a decent size. The breakfast buffet was good. The rooftop pool has a stunning view over Athens, including the Acropolis. When we arrived, the check-in line stretched across the entire lobby. It took over an hour to get to the front of the line, and cut into our plans to go to a museum that day. The check-out line wasn't much better the following day. We also had to cue for the elevators and had to let several full elevators go by each time we came and went from our room. We booked a room with an "Acropolis View," but the room we were given was on a low floor and the only view we had was of some seedy establishments on the other side of the street.

Beautiful hotel! The pool and view of the acropolis was amazing.
-
