Friendly and helpful staff; great room accommodations; ease of access. The breakfast buffet was average. Would have preferred more coffee options. But it was good overall.

Wonderful room and amenities. Professional and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet! I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The front desk check-in was friendly as well as the bell man, but the service in the breakfast as well as the departure. We did not have a good experience. We want to secure a taxi with enough luggage space, but it seemed that the Bellman were more motivated to have us use the hotel taxi and they were not happy that we used Uber therefore they did not help us load the luggage in the taxi and they just looked at us like we were criminals because we did not use their taxi which was small and could not accommodate in my opinion, a comfortable ride to the port.

Booked for a club access room. It was a good idea for meetings and spending some quiet time. Marina at the Club and all the staff excelled in professional service. We got upgraded to an Acropolis view. - views are amazing. - very good breakfast - spotless - all the atmosphere was friendly and comfortable We went to the main restaurant once for breakfast. The buffet was excellent but the venue is outdated, huge so very noisy. - it’s a central big hotel so it’s normal that it hosts conferences and events; its noisy most of the time but the room was very quiet though.

Exceptional lobby

The location is very good for both sides - 5 min walk to metro and then 2 stops to city center or Piraeus Breakfast was very good All was good

Very pretty property and rooms were very nice. Room cleaning knocked on door at 9:30 am just to get the minibar count, which we didn’t even touch. Wasn’t even there to clean the room but just wanted the minibar count. Weird?

Our room was big and comfortable. Needs total remodel. Very old. Our flight got in early morning and we were exhausted. I had communicated with the hotel about our arrival time and if we can check in early and they said based on availability. When we got in there was availability but the receptionist wanted to charge us for almost a full day to allow us to check in early. Fortunately my husband talked to the manager and got it resolved.

Facilities were very nice. Rooms spacious. Staff were all friendly, professional and helpful. Food costs were as high as we have ever experienced anywhere. Overheard the host at the morning buffet tell a guest that a cup of coffee was $20€. We paid $9€ got an 8 oz coke. While you expect to pay a premium for food at a nice hotel you don’t expect this level of exorbitant pricing

They close the pool at 8:00 PM

Very nice and well kept facility. Staff were all professional and attentive. Food costs were very high. Coffee for $20€, 8 oz Coke Zero $9€. No good options close by do you are at their mercy to done extent. Go for the breakfast included option. It is well worth the extra cost
