We loved the location near the National Gardens. The rooftop restaurant had great views of the historic sites. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the breakfast as well as dining at Whispers. The complimentary bottle of wine was perfect! The elevator was small and hot, but that wasn’t a big inconvenience.

We were only here for one night as we were transitting through Athens, however we had a great stay. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was great! Staff friendly!

Located in one of the best areas of Athens, every major attraction is walkable distance from Amalia Hotel. Professional and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, now has also a new wonderful rooftop restaurant with great food and Acropolis view. Cannot ask for more, do not hesitate to book! It is "my go-to" when in Athens.

The staff was very efficient, and the breakfast superlative, and the breakfast staff couldn't have been more helpful. I really can't think of anything i didn't like.

The staff tried their hardest! The carpeting was stained and almost scorched looking. The sink facet sprayed water then open. The drapes were not even attached. The hotel rooms were a dump.

Tall tub but standard for Athens hotels and light system to ask for maid service. If you've left the light(switch at door) on red, you won't get your trash emptied & room freshened. Just request more clarity at check in.

Great location, within walking distance to most major attractions. Friendly sand helpful staff; and easy access to metro. We would love to come back for another stay on our next Greece trip!
