Staff was REALLY NICE and helpful, with great recommendations, always with a smile on their faces (front desk, restaurant, etc.). The location is also super great, with VERY EASY ACCESS on foot or via public transport to main attractions and airport. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options. Very comfy beds, clean rooms. And you have a gym (which we used) and a sauna (which we didn't use). The shower / bathtub was leaking: after every shower we needed to dry out the bathroom floor, no matter what we tried. The rooms themselves are fine, but the bathrooms are clearly outdated (clean and functional, though). Also, the room air conditioning was a hit-and-miss: worked well for 3 nights, didn't work at all for 1 night, and just a small breeze on 4 other nights (we expected more during the scorching Athens summer). It was a good option and I'd definitely stay there, but for 200+ CAD per night and rated as a 4-star property, I was expecting something more.

-
Clean, nice location A bit lacking in customer service, never offered to help with luggage
-
Nice room, nice breakfast, nice staff not too many places to work in the shared areas

Nothing. It was a very bad experience. When I reached the hotel. The receptionist could not find my reservation. I couldn't complete the check in.

I love the beauty the cleanliness. Mist important the staff . They go out of their way to help you . It’s all about connection . I will always come back to this hotel as long as they keep the great personal experience. The food Is also great .

Great location , spacious rooms with balcony, excellent restaurant and staff were attentive.

Location was perfect. The room was nicely laid out. Customer service was exceptional. The front desk helped us with a number of problems we had in the breakfast staff was wonderful. The room was a bit hot. The staff provided us with a fan which helped a little bit, but I think they turned the AC off during the winter and it was very warm in Athens when we were there.

Great deal of road noise. Breakfast area very crowded and cramped; same menu everyday with no variation. Tired decor. HVAC system needs attention. Our room was excessively hot/sauna like. Requested different room and it was significantly cooler. Lighting was not adequate.

The hotel was centrally located and the facilities were clean and comfortable. The desk staff were helpful and I appreciated that when I had to leave for breakfast, they made a "to go" breakfast for us!

The location is great, our room was large, very clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and, most of all, we appreciated the kindness of the staff. They are absolutely amazing, very prompt to help with everything we needed. I would like to recognize the outstanding job from Elena and Demetri, they work at the front desk and are one of the most friendly people we have met in our trip. They helped us a lot. The hotel is very lucky to have employees like them. My wife and I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Athens, which, by the way, we loved! Nothing bothered us…

It has the best location, walking distance to the Acropolis. Their rooftop restaurant has a stunning view of Parthenon. We had a great time? None

Location and kindness of staff. Comfiness of beds
-
Thin walls and traffic noise. Be sure of dates as there is no refund for cancellations.
-
The street noise makes it hard to sleep.

Food was excellent. Location is convenient for all major attractions. Staff is very helpful. Room was fully equipped for our our needs. There is nothing to complain about

The location, although an hour public transport travel from the airport was in a good area. Small easy walking to the Plaka and historic sights of Athens. Even with the taxi strike the staff immediately helped us navigate public transport with ease from the airport. The evening concierge was PHENOMENAL, wonderful personality and remembered us each time we encountered him. The restaurant upstairs was pleasant and the staff very welcoming, the view was unmatched. The room was cleaned to perfection daily and refreshed The bed was a queen made by two smaller mattresses pushed together. They kept separating as we slept but it didn’t hinder our trip

We thought breakfast was included... it wasn't. Not expensive (15 euros per person) but not a nice surprise. hotel is dated, but fine. We were there for a double birthday celebration trip; hotel was made aware but did nothing to make it special.
-
No. They were always ready to assist.

Not in the most central location, some commuting was required. Ironing facility in the room would have made it perfect.
