The view of the hotel is really fantastic! The staff is nice and friendly. The hotel could be the top of the top, but like it is now it don't give good impression. Personally I liked my stay very much, even the cleanless is really not Western standard. There is a swimming pool, but no water in it... There is a beautifull terras, but not accessible.

The Nile view. Not clean, breakfast was very poor (takeaway packed), only allowed one hot drink and no fresh milk. My nephew left his silver chain in the room. It was gone when we went back. No one at the reception to deal with it and we have been told by the house keeping supervisor that was our full responsibility to make sure not leaving anything in the room. Ended up having to go to the tourist police station to report it.

Nothing positive, just the receptionist. Nothing but a reception works at this hotel! I'd rather not write. But in a time of glory, it could have been a good hotel.
