Great property with a pool which is nice on hot afternoons! The staff were exceptional, upgrading our room without question when we checked in. The food is average, room service quick. Location wise, you’re a little away from downtown but that also means you’re not as close to where the majority of boats dock which is nice.

Great view of the Nile we had a room by the river , the pool was Nice. Unfortunately nothing else, thankfully it was only one night. Its an older hotel that might have been beautiful back in its day, don't be fooled by the photos. Today its rundown , the staff try but it doesn't make up for all the facility issues like restaurants not open , room service was cold, toilet leaked water everywhere. The surrounding area outside the hotel was delapitated and "shut down" (no restaurants, coffee shop, fruit stand absolutely nothing), garbage and facies everywhere. Do not recommend this hotel or area.

Room and location is good. Most of the staff is good. Water colour is rusty for some time and you need to keep the tap open for long time. this is not good and I can not trust water to clean face or bath. Lift is too slow and making sound. The staff was very helpful and aware with all the details Special thanks to MS Asmaa in the reception for the great help The bathroom is very big and clean but unfortunately the design makes it really uncomfortable
-
Passable, it had eggs. Not enough diversity, very low quality products. Dirty place. Coffee machine filthy.

The view of the Nile at the pool. Incredibly overpriced. Includes breakfast and the pastries were stale. Facilities were unchanged since the 1970s it seemed.
-
Location There was a data leak. A fraudulent email was sent requesting payment. After making payment, the hotel refused to acknowledge their error. They wanted to add charges with no explanation. Question everything!

The location Staff Pricey No Internet service at my room at all. They did not fix it even after my complaints which makes me miserable

Amazing room down by the river, the staff were helpful when we arrived late, and when we left. Breakfast was extremely average.

I like the good location of the hotel . They also provide good tourist services to some ancient temples like Philea Island , Plants Island , some tourist attractions like Friend ship Symbol . The staff is very friendly and helpful , and they respond to your concerns in timely manner. I would like to commend the boatman , Sami Mudtheir, the driver Gergis, the tourist coordinator , Monica, the receptionists, Asmaa, and Hasnaa, and in the kitchen a Nubian server named Mohamed , Abu Ritag . The reason I gave 7 related to the unavailability of the Internet in the room despite my demand to have it because I have to follow up important business and family related issues in the USA. I have to come down stairs which is not practical to use the net and it is not reliable , and I ended using my American roaming service which is very costly . #There is no availability of local dialing from your room . You need to call through the receptionists which means no privacy . Remember not all visitors have Egyptian numbers. # The hotel is pricey compared with other hotels provide similar accomodations internationally and there is also a heavy tax, almost a third of the room cost
