The room was beautifully designed, cozy, and impeccably clean. The staff’s hospitality and the excellent spa facilities made it the perfect place to unwind and recharge after long travels. We also enjoyed the traditional menu at La Riviere — absolutely delicious and authentic!

Extremely helpful staff, excellent breakfast with good selection for all dietary preferences (it's not always easy to find a hotel with vegan-friendly selection). The valet and porter services were helpful.

We love the restaurant and the room. Staff was very helpful especially our butler who was always ready to help us. The room is spacious too. Also, thank you for making my husband's birthday special by preparing a small cake for him and the note was a great touch too. Was expecting to swim at the swimming pool but was only inform the day before we arrived.

EXQUISITE!!!! What an excellent attention to detail with the interior of the room. Top notch!!! We felt like home with their warm welcome. Ms. Alina at the reception was superb. This hotel has a butler service. Our butler Mr. Sanzhar left us a welcome note and made sure that he and his team were available whenever we needed them. What an amazing team. Location of the hotel is close to many attractions and easily accessible. P.S.: Use YandexGo app for online cab bookings. Too good to even think about saying anything negative.

The hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service, the cleanliness, the rooms were very good. Also the staff were great and always helpful. A really nice lady called SANDIRA helped us to find our way round the city very quickly and gave us very good recommendations for shopping and restaurants. We used the limousine service for several hours and looked round the whole city. The value for money was fine. Thank you for a great stay!
