The location to the property is in the middle of the city; you can walk anywhere. You are also so close to Saint Carlo Acutis. The staff is so nice and friendly. The family who owns the hotel is very kind warm and welcoming. This family owns the adjoining restaurant to their hotel. The wild boar, and all of the pasta are freshly made. all of the desserts are homemade and heavenly as well especially the tiramisu and chocolate brownie. It is very delicious. Do not waste your money in the plaza. Nothing to report.

Parking is hard

The staff was amazing! Grace was exceptionally helpful. The location was perfect - we could walk to all of the landmarks we wanted to visit. The hotel is on a quiet street, which made it restful at night. Even though our room had air conditioning, we couldn’t set it at a level to adequately cool the room.

Good breakfast in the morning. Nothing

It felt like we were in half castle half hotel. It was absolutely charming! The staff were so kind and helpful. Very comfortable room with a lot of space! Nothing. It was a dream!

We like the history of the hotel and the fact that it had its own little restaurant/breakfast area. It was difficult for us to find hotel initially since we had a rental car and needed to know where to park the rental car. We drove around and around, trying to find the hotel and couldn’t go down some of the side streets. We called the hotel a couple of times but difficult to translate to English. We eventually saw a P for parking and walked uphill to the hotel.

Great location nestled discreetly in the center of Assisi only a block or two from the church that has the tomb of St Carlo Acutis There was nothing I didn’t like

Close to everything. Very nice staff and great breakfast! The bathroom can use a good renovation.

Location ideal for all of the sites. Quaint lovely hotel. City map provided, questions answered by kind host. Left early in the morning before breakfast and host provided delicious bagged breakfast to go!

We loved staying at Hotel Pax! The owners were so helpful and kind, and the location could not be beat! In one of our rooms, the ceiling was very low. Had we known that, we may have booked a different room. The beds were also very stiff

The location Can’t think of any
-
Friendly staff providing excellent service. The location was very convenient, just minutes away from the most important churches and the main plaza. The hotel offers breakfast with a wide variety of food and beverages. Nothing to complain about.

We loved the location. Our room was both clean and very spacious, and the staff was great. We’ll definitely be back!

Nothing - all good
-
The location was great, 200 feet from Saint Carlo and 300 meters from Saint Clair. The shower door was broken and didn’t close properly.

If you are a pilgrim and ate devout to Carlo Acuti. You must stay here. Saint Catlo Acuti body is right in front of the hotel. I think it is very convenient hotel if you are v pilgrim visiting churches around. Very close to all of them.

Located in the heart of Assisi, very close to the Church of St Maria Maggiore, where the body of new St Carlo Acutis lies. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops, Breakfast was good. Bread was excellent and even the service. Well organised. The room was very spacious. Bathroom was comfortable. The hosts at the reception, were very helpful and assisted us with all our concerns. Slightly warm at night in October. We had to leave the window open to cool a bit the room. At times, since the window was open, it got a bit noisy. .

Charming hotel! We loved our stay here. Great location in the middle of Assisi. The staff was very helpful with recommendations around the area, making a dinner reservation, luggage storage, and we also appreciated the included breakfast. Slightly thin walls, but we travel with white noise so it wasn't a big deal for us.
