We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and the staff at this one is the best we’ve run into. Every single one of them was kind and helpful and welcoming. Front desk worker gave us room with a great view, Debbie the maid always asked us if we needed anything when she saw us in the hallway. Hotel was extremely clean in all areas, saw them even scrubbing foot scuffs by entry every day. Our room was comfy and quiet and modern. Very nice pool and hot tub. Great location to get to Blue Ridge Parkway and to downtown and everything in the area. Great breakfast. Overall just a really great stay and great value for the price. We will be going through this area frequently in future and will definitely be staying again.

The staff were great and very attentive. Only issue we had was the housekeeping which was our fault but they thought we had checked out it was only 9:30 am. The do not disturb sign on the door

The room smelled like a dog crapped in the room and it was spayed to cover the smell. I didn't get to the room until late and departed earlier therefore couldn't complain at the front desk.

Slept very well! Happy with our room. Enjoyed the continental breakfast.
