Hotel Europa

I like everything. The hotel is pretty clean, the staff is simpatetic and very helpful. It was a great place to stay during our trip to Naples.

The staff were really helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast, although simple, was enough to give us power to go through the airport. Overall, it was a good stay! Thank you so much. It was really out of way. We expected this since we wanted to book our stay close to the airport however, unlike other cities, it really had no point of interests nearby. Nothing to do.

Great place for the price. Only complaint is that we couldn’t turn on the ac so it was a bit stuffy. I believe this was due to Italian law and not the facility itself. Was able to open windows. No ac and somewhat stuffy.

The property was very close to the highway where I needed to be for my work. The staff was exceptional. Dario and Daniella were very attentive and provided excellent customer service. The cleaning staff were superb. Patrizia and Matilda were also exceptional and provided me with everything I request. They also are very clean and the room was always spotless. Thank you to all of you!

Staff and location Nothing. All was perfect.

The location of the hotel is not in Napoli. It is in Azzuro. So you need to take a taxi/metro everytime when you want to go to the city center. But they can arrage this for you for a better price.

It may be a great choice for whomever needs a place to rest after landing or before departing from Napoli. The only thing I can write, which is not the hotel's fault, is its location, which is not as close to Napoli as it seems, and transportation with taxi might be a little challenging.

Breakfast was good, though there’s still room for improvement with more variety and freshness. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made the stay relaxing. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always helpful, contributing to an overall pleasant experience.

Great as usual

If you come by car to Naples having a free private car park is a boon. The hotel is located a bit outside the city center but with a car you can access the city center. The staff is very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Dario and Antonio for their perfect service and kindness. Nothing

Location is far from everything Breakfast wasn't enough

This is the third time I’ve chosen Europa Hotel Arzano, and it has become my go-to hotel when visiting Naples. Everything is always very clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is good with a nice selection. The staff is friendly and helpful, which makes each stay pleasant. I’m always happy to come back and would definitely recommend it.

Thank you Hotel Europa! The room was very clean and recently renovated. Everything looked new and High tech! The staff at the reception were extremely helpful — they helped us to book a taxi from the airport at the beginning of our stay and to the airport at the end. The breakfast was good, and the communication was very positive and friendly. There are grocery stores located nearby. It is important to note: if you plan to spend most of your time in Naples and do not intend to rent a car, it might be more convenient to book a hotel closer to Naples. We used public buses, it took approximately one hour to reach Naples Central Station and one hour for the return trip. It was an adventure for us ❤️ -

Nice, clean modern hotel with renovated rooms. We were hoping that it was closer to the airport but it was still accessible. Very attentive and helpful staff. It is located in an industrial area. To access restaurants if you do not have a car requires walking through a dark alley and then along a busy road that did not always have sidewalks

The price It was really far from the center city

The rooms felt newly renovated, which was nice, pillows however were not comfortable and flat! The sector did not feel safe, very dirty streets filled with garbage-not the hotels fault as theirs was clean.
