The room seemed clean but it had roaches in the bathroom and the morning person at the front desk it was a woman was always rude and the room service was always knocking on my door everyday at 11 waking me up and I kept telling them I didn't want service I work nights so at 11pm I need my sleep it was terrible bc I couldn't go back to sleep

room smelled like old insect spray and old cigarette smoke. The A/C barely kept the room tepid and did not remove any humidity.

The only thing I would note is the ac took forever to get the room cold so it was still pretty toasty in the room for a bit.

We didn't get the two queen bedroom we had book due to "something" that happened we received a single queen bed. The room smells horrible like something was rotting in there. Just stay somewhere else.

Clean room. Staff was great. Full clean kitchen with everything you need. Close to restaurants, shopping centers and entertainment.

We booked a different hotel halfway through our stay here. Didn't get or request a refund because we didn't have the opportunity to return the keys during business hours until the last day. The photos look great and you can tell there is some effort to make the place better, but that didn't seem to match our experience.

Horrible customer service.. the staff is locked behind bulletproof glass. The entrance to lobby is closed at night. Not a bad location next to shopping and food spots
