The room was beautiful ,spotless and very modern looking. Bathroom was super clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Overall the B&B was fantastic!! everything was great

Room and ensuite were lovely and clean, if a little eclectic. Included breakfast brought to us by our host. Host was super helpful. Onsite parking was excellent and secure Location close to motorway and the ice cream factory and shop! It was tricky to find the apartment initially and we went past it and had to park further down the street and then ask someone for directions. Unfortunately, for us we arrived on a Monday and most restaurants are closed on Mondays so we ended up walking miles to find a place to eat (we were fed up of being in a hot car) so be aware that if you stay on a Monday, you will probably need to drive to eat.

Perfect Accommodation in all aspects!

The host was very friendly on arrival, helpful on checking in (even carried our bags because the lift was out of service), and accommodating of our early departure, making sure we had breakfast choices. The room was spotlessly clean and the location was nice, fairly close (10-15 minutes) to BLQ airport and with a few dining choices in walking distance. Blackout shades and a balcony are some useful touches. Great spot if you arrive with a car (and the spot is reserved for you), though might be a challenge to arrive by bus (but possible). Nice treats and candies in the room to make you feel welcome. Check out the milk and cheese vending machine on the street nearby! Wish we had been able to stay in the area a bit longer, but had to get to an early flight. We found it a little hard to locate after dark, and initial access to the parking lots seems to depend on the owner watching for you, so be sure to update your arrival time. Once you are in, you do have access to a gate clicker and keys so you can come and go freely.

Perfect location for motorway. Clean, well equipped room with attentive hosts. Secure private parking. Great breakfast provided in your room. My fault, keep forgetting about Italian plug sockets needing 3 thinner pins, not eu plugs. Maybe a USB socket would be good.

Clean small room. Private parking. Good breakfast. Location from Bologna. The drive is 30mins with resident traffic. The bus route is not convenient due to schedule. The location of the B&B is in a remote area and you need a car. The breakfast is good but don’t like the owner coming every morning into your room to deliver the breakfast.

Everything was top notch . Great position , private parking , great host ! It was just really great BB place ! Breakfast was amazing . I recommend this and sure be coming back if on my way to Bologna.
