It was summer but outside weather was cold and in my room it was also really cold, i changed the temperature on the thermostat but it did nothing and was still Blowing cold air

The room was big and the bed was very comfy. The staff in the Cafeteria are very nice and breakfast was delicious and great value. I tried to check in 12 minutes before 3 pm and I couldn’t do automatically in the machine. When I asked the Desk staff for help they said that I had to wait until 3 pm ( very indifferent and zero customer service) The Tv channels didn’t work and I couldn’t watch any World Cup game. The toilet had an issue and black waters came back after flushing. The Cafeteria is too small to accommodate breakfast on weekends( very hard to find a spot).

The hotel is in a very convenient location, less than 10 minutes away from the Antwerp Central Station and 20 mins away from De Kathedraal, Het Steen and the old town. The staff are very friendly and it makes for a good place to stay if you are looking for a slight upgrade from hostel rooms but still want affordability. The mattresses are not very comfortably and the room could have been a bit cleaner.

The location. I am here for a conference and the hotel is very close to the campus. The sink is too small, so water easily splashes out.
