Location is perfect in the centre. Rooms are nice and spacious. Our room was on the back side and therefore no street noise The room was a bit too warm. even with the window open and the heater off.

The staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful! Locations- great! Should need a key card in lift to get to bedroom floors. Breakfast was not good for the price. Rooms not as nice as expected.

The location was good, with a tram stop outside the hotel and all main sights within walking distance. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. In the fashion district, a shopper’s dream if you’re feeling wealthy. The room was quiet and we slept pretty well. All of the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast is overpriced at €25, eat outside of the hotel for better value for money. The pillows are terrible, too big, and either too soft and unsupportive, or too hard and lumpy. In our room number 36, there was weird leather straps around the sink taps, why? Not needed, must be unhygienic and difficult to clean? Whole place looks a bit tired, like someone’s design folly that they can no longer be bothered with. Some odd decor choices.
