Spacious room, with super comfy bed. Plenty of choice for breakfast with fresh fruit, juices, yogurts, granola, seeded breads, eggs and much more. Staff very helpful. The location is perfect, you're really in the thick of it all, yet on a quiet street. It is a quick walk from the market square, cathedral, Het Steen castle and the riverside. Everything is in walking distance. I wasn't keen on the see-through bathroom glass but thankfully I was on my own so it didn't matter! I wouldn't choose to stay if I was travelling with a partner or friend as there would be no privacy.

Great location near the river & easy walk to centre along pedestrian shopping. Lots of restaurants & cafes nearby. Staff pleasant & helpful & charming owner. Has lots of character but modern. Excellent breakfast Cost of taxi from station. Forgot to tell me that reception staffed from 8am & no one there for early departure. Finally got help from lady in kitchen

The location and the welcoming friendly atmosphere. The breakfast is great too as well as all the small niceties like pastries, fancy water and fruit left out for guests. Oh yes, I also appreciated the air-conditioning at the time of the heat wave. Creaky floors and a bit noisy locks (though it does add to the charm)

The rooms are huge! The staff are very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was a wonderful buffet. The value for what you got was great. Location close to main attractions, yet off on a quiet street. Nothing.

Good location and very very nice staff. The hotel is very well decorated and it is a very good restoration of the historic building. The breakfast was also nice, lots of variety and also non-diary options. Very cozy to have coffee tea and cookies always available in the social area. Just wish that there would have been a botle of complementary water in the bedroom. The room had a bathtub. Very difficult to bath you can not even stand up. Perhaps not adequate for the price night. But true we have to be reminded its an old historic build brought back to life, and the design and decoration is very nice indeed and room very clean and tidy.

Breakfast is outstanding and excellent location Wardrobe only had hanging space and a very high shelf. Some lower shelves or drawers and a small table would have been helpful.

Very well maintained old historical building. Very walkable to everything we wanted to do. Located just off the center square enough that we could retreat from tourist crowds Parts of the building was under construction at the time of our stay but it’s going to be spectacular. For us this means we must return!

Fantastically good location, fabulous breakfast, and owner and reception staff friendly and very helpful. Lounge area and breakfast room excellent. A long wait for hot water to come through on the third floor, though our friends on the second had no problem. Bedroom fairly basic, not a lot of room, and bedside lighting could have been better.

The welcome from Cedric at the reception was fanstastic. We had already interacted before via messaging, he was very responsive anf gave good advice. All went perfectly. We came 2 hours before checkin but the room was ready and They upgraded us to a suite looking at the cathedral. The king bed was very comfortable, and the morning breakfast very good. There were not so many people in the hotel but the staff was very polite and attentive. Obviously, the location is hard to beat, right in the center and close to the main things to see. It might be only in the Suite, but It is weird to see the WC right in the room without partition ;) you have to know that if you, say, are going on a trip with your new partner ;) we did not find that annoying in our case though. Otherwise there is nothing to say. I would not consider any other hotel if going back to Antwerpen.
