This is not a hotel. There is no receptionist after 7pm and the lift is not working. This shouldn't be classified as hotel. May be a hostel.

Parked next door , easy . Right in city centre

Location convenient, room clean. Hard to check in. Reception was closed at 18:45 and if other guests hadn’t helped me by opening the door and helping me get in, I don’t know how I would’ve gotten in.

The stuff we’re welcoming. The area was convenient and the building was clean. The mattress topper was bigger than the beds. There was no protection from the mattress. The sheets were too small so mattress would be exposed if the sheets move.

Great location, clean and the bed was OK. The nespresso machine was a welcome bonus. Only two or three channels on an impossible to tune tv. Very sparsely furnished, no shampoo.

The only good things about this hotel were its proximity to the city centre and the friendliness of the reception staff. I was absolutely shocked by the condition of the hotel room. The floors were filthy and clearly hadn’t been properly mopped, with visible stains throughout. Even worse, there were what appeared to be blood stains on the walls, and the mattress was heavily soiled with stains I’d rather not even imagine. The bathroom was equally unhygienic—I even found a hair. This level of cleanliness is a disgrace. Someone should seriously alert the Belgian health authorities. It’s shameful that this place is allowed to operate as a hotel, and even more shameful that fake reviews have misled other guests.

Nice spacious room, clean and very comfy bed. Close to town and the stations, easy to get around. Me and my son travelled to a few places on our trip to Belgium and this was our favourite place we stayed.

The location and the availability of parking right next to it. We were in a twin room and the beds were narrow singles and very soft. The walls in the hotel are also quite thin and we could hear the television and conversations taking place next door. The shower was also quite slippery and could do with a rubber mat or safety bar.
