The rooms were clean,the receptionist was welcoming and friendly as well.the location of the hotel is also good.away from noise. The room is too hot and the fun provided was not helping at all

+ staff were very friendly and welcoming which created a warming environment for me and my partner. + breakfast was delicious with variety of options additionally a free 24hr drink machine and vending machine was convenient! + location was good with a sandwich cafe outside and surrounding restaurants which were aprox 20-30mins walks. However the area is significantly loud with constant sirens due to the hotel being close to main roads however this did not impact our sleep at all. + well priced. - The room we stayed in was 503, this was laid out nicely however there was many stains on the floors which was unpleasing and felt slightly unhygienic.
