Very nice rooms with comfy beds. Indigo parking elevator was in the hotel. We were right on the plaza taking in all the sights and walked to the castle on the water. We walked to a fabulous lunch and finished the day with drinks at the Sky Bar. The dinner downstairs was great.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was fabulous, walkable to train and old town sites. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. It is on the higher end price wise.

The breakfast was wonderfull, the bar staff exceptional friendly and relaxed, the room needs to be upgraded, it looks tired. we arrived at 11h00 and although we could leave our luggage with the concierge, we could not check in, the front desk was, we believed, understaffed, one staff member said we could only check in at 15h00 and another one said 12h00 was also OK, front desk staff was very friendly but inexperienced, things take a long time ...

Products and free water available. No bathroom robe and slippers, Kept the extra bed in room while i had a rerservation for 1 single person kingsize, it took a lot of space. Telephone to call room service took extremely long to get someone.

Exactly at the old town center. It has access to a lot of shops and sights in a waking distance. The property states that provides garage with charging stations. That's not entirely true. The garage is a private garage (Indigo) next to the hotel that you have to pay per hour and the chargers in the garage operate only if you are already an Indigo customer and have their own tag. No other tag or credit card works. Even their own app doesn't support using these chargers with QR code. If all these were clear in the hotel facilities I may have not choose to stay there.
