The rooms are cheaply update , pictures online are very deceiving and the room smelled so bad like cigarette's.

Large pot holes in driveway and parking lot. No carpet on floor. No fridge or microwave. No dresser or closet. No alarm clock.

Cigarette burns in floor, room wreaked of smoke (non-smoking room) Asked front desk to call for taxi, when it didn't show, we checked with front desk and informed that he wasn't allowed to call for taxi! (Did not mention this with initial request).

Not that it was bad, but maybe an option to add a fridge or microwave to ones room for an additional $5-10. Unless I missed that option.

Toilet was leaking and left the room with a mildew smell, neighbors in the motel unit were loud at all hours of the night, which made it hard to sleep.

It was dirty, floors were not swept, there was blood on the floor and on the door in the bathroom. Smelled of stale cigarettes.

We were given a handicap room. The bed mattress was awful. The floors were dirty. Nothing else in the room other than a small desk and television. No shampoo. We would never stay there again.

Very dirty. Dirty cabinet - towels were stored, dirty bathroom floor. Smelled like the toilet had flooded a few times. Even the remote had grunge between the buttons. Smoking allowed outside sucked into heater air intake. -Make smoking away from rooms!

The 1st room we were given didn't have a fridge/microwave that we requested and paid extra for. The 2nd room was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. The 3rd room was also not cleaned and that was the last straw with this disgusting, poorly managed motel.
