Seemed to be nice but there was a lot of construction going on.

Quiet but needs a renovation

This hotel is clean and covers all the basics you expect from a good hotel. However I choose this hotel because I really wanted the pool. When I checked in I discovered it was closed due to a maintenance problem. I could have booked elsewhere had I known that in advance. There has to be some way Expedia can inform us that an amenity is closed or down for service in real time.

Breakfast was not good. We went to the breakfast room at 8:45 am, and found that the eggs were gone, toaster was not working properly. Waffle mix was almost gone. The food preparer was not there to help. The hotel needs to do something quickly to improve the situation,

It was clean, quiet and close enough to the college.

This hotel online looks beautiful. Unfortunately in person it is not. The rooms smell like mold, there were roaches and spiders crawling down the walls. The bathroom floor had streaks from a filthy mop. Furniture is dated and damaged. I checked out and went to another hotel. Upon check out my son forgot his sneakers, when I returned to retrieve them the staff was unable to locate them. Of course they couldn’t find a brand new pair of matte black new balances size 5 1/2 boys. One of the Spanish house keepers discovered my son’s sneakers and kept them. Terrible experience!

There was a musty smell, otherwise the room and hotel were fine.

In a room that links with the room next door and also problem finding the TV in Bluetooth. Overpriced snacks/drinks.

There was an entire floor of construction going on above my floor. The posted sign indicated there would be noise beginning at 9am, but the work started about an hour early. I was awakened by heavy construction. When I mentioned it to the operations manager, he initially denied that construction began as early as I said. When I showed him videos that included the time on my room clock and me going upstairs to see what exactly was being done - the entire floor above me was gutted - he backed off his statement. He first offered to remove incidentals from my room, but when I had none he finally asked how he could make it right. I did not feel as though I was talking to someone fair. He offered snacks at no cost. Other than that my stay was fine. The carpet in my room could use cleaning. I didn’t like being barefoot on it. Other staff were really kind and helpful.

The room was clean. Staffs were so nice and approachable.

the breakfast was well stocked, lots of choices the carpet in our room was very damp as if it was just steam cleaned but there were small wrappers and bits of rubbish still on the floor. The bathroom was not properly cleaned- there was still hair in the tub and the tile needed a deep clean.
