Awesome service from the front desk, at breakfast, room service, and house keeping. What makes this 4 stars rather than 5 is the bell hops actively hid and avoided being helpful with luggage when we checked in and out. No clue why, there were lots of them looking bored. But good location so may stay again anyways.

The location was fantastic, it was nice and clean. We had a room that overlooked a logistics yard. Trucks arriving early in the morning and late in the evening. Wish we had paid for a resort view! Very busy around the pool and we couldn’t get beds.

It is a very comfortable place to stay if you visit the parks. It is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The personnel was very nice and considerate with us. The place is very close to many other places. We loved it! I really recommend this amazing hotel!

As usual very nice, clean and great fragrance. Spacious, the gym was awesome! Liked the water station with really cold water and saved plastics! Can’t find anything to not like.

Loved staying here. Was clean and all the room amenities were great. Specially being able to get water anytime you needed too for free. Would love to go back one day!

Everything feels high end & the staff are super professional and attentive to details. My experience w/cleaning staff was not 100 percent but overall wonderful stay especially after visiting the Pixar Hotel which was full of screaming kids & just not as upscale at all (yet Pixar was double the price)
