Well this place looks like a crime scene , many sketchy people and definitely didn’t feel safe. The staff super nice but yeah definitely won’t be back

Parking was easy once we found our room. Very stark and smelled strong of cleaning solvent. Very minimal. It was ok for one night on our way home. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Nice clean room; quiet. Bathroom also clean but no shampoo. Also no coffee or tea available. Parking was close and convenient.

The property was not well kept at all. In the photos of the place you see very nice furnished photos of the lobby, and rooms, but the lobby was stripped of furniture. All of the furniture in the rooms was torn up, missing paint, almost every drawer was missing one or both handles. There were bugs in the microwave, paint missing on the walls, huge water damage stains EVERYWHERE. When we approached the front desk to ask for a refund because the accommodations were completely unacceptable, they told us we had “been there too long” for a refund. After only being there for maybe an hour max finding other accommodations. We also paid for a refund fee when booking. Genuinely the sketchiest place I have ever seen. Do not stay here if you have any standards for hygiene.

My son and I planned on staying here 5 days to enjoy LA and visit with family. This room we were given was not clean upon arrival, the carpets and towels had mold on them, there were bullet holes in the windows, and the door had no lock and didn’t even seal to the frame properly. When we arrived the police were ALREADY trying to deescalate a situation regarding people who live there full time. Very dirty. Very unsafe. Sandy the owner was a huge liar and didn’t even offer to accommodate us.

I was not happy at all with my stay. Alot of trash in the parking lot area and the lady at the front desk is not friendly at all, she doesnt even smile or greet you when you come into the lobby. she just stares at you like your an alien from outter space. Also no housekeeping checking in on the rooms to see if anything is needed. Also there is alot of weird people there at night. some guy was wigging out in the very back parking lot late at night and he kept putting his van in reverse and going forward in the parking stall, I thougt he was going to back up into my room, very scary. Just overall not a good place to stay at. I have stayed at better Motel 6. Don't waste your time. Also the room was in very poor shape. Paint chipping off the walls and the funiture look very beat up.

You are getting what you pay for. If you need an affordable room with a bed, it's here. The water drained slow in shower and bathroom sink and window was broken, but AC worked just fine. Plenty of parking and there is a dinner across the parking lot.

I would not stay here again. We booked two nights but checked out after the first night because we did not feel safe. The room's entry door would not lock properly because the latch and strike plate didn't line up, so we couldn't securely lock the room. The next morning we also found visible black mold on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. We were uncomfortable leaving our belongings in the room while we were at Disneyland, so we packed everything and left early instead of staying our second night. I took photos of the issues. I hope management addresses these safety and cleanliness concerns so future guests don't have the same experience.

I had read a lot of good reviews before booking and when i arrived it was nothing like the pictures. They have carpet on the hall ways and it is obviously was super dirty. We walked in to our room and it was disgusting. The carpet was soooo dirty it smelled so bad in there i had requested a non smoking room and a room with a fridge and microwave and didnt get that. The curtains were all ripped the sheets were so dirty the walls were disgusting i tried to just brush it off but when i tried to take a nap after arriving i couldn't because it was just so dirty. We checked out 2 hrs after being there.

The staff was very friendly but the rooms and property were not clean. Property had trash everywhere and all of the trash cans were overflowing the entire stay. We were there two days and they never cleaned or gave us additional towels so we couldn't even shower. The sink was backed up and all of the outlets in the room had major sparks to where we were afraid to plug anything in.

Not a good place to stay with your kids! It’s old , run down, & did not feel safe staying there with my daughter. Privacy lock was removed from the door & when shut the door still wiggled open.

AC unit not functioning properly, made a lot of noise and no coffee
