Amazing customer service

We stayed here when we went to Disneyland and it was perfect. The beds were comfy, room was clean, and it took us 1 minute to get to the Toy Story parking lot.

Hidden gem for sure! Great location, big rooms, clean, modern amenities, close to Toy Story parking, shuttle available, easy walk to Disney, lots of food options, parking is simple.

This hotels Starbucks was closed at 10am in the morning and this was extremely inconvenient. The clerk woman staff had a serious rude demeanor and saw me and my husband waiting for Starbucks to open and we asked her and she just said it was closed? Her attitude was the issue. The night before checking in the male who checked us in was so kind and helpful he was great to us.

Clean room and helpful staff.

Great property to stay at and close to Disneyland. Very clean, beds were comfy and the staff was the sweetest. It was a safe place to park my car for our duration of our stay. I would definitely be back to stay at this property again.

The property was clean and organized close to where we wanted to be. The staff member who check me in sims lost and gave me a handicap room which I did not pick which was missing the couch. The room had a wet smell and when you showered water got everywhere.

Clean room great customer service

We had an issue with our toilet the entire time. We had to use the lobby toilet. We asked for it to be repaired twice since they failed to send someone the first time. After the engineer attended to the issue, the issue persisted.

Overall, I had a great stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the hotel had plenty of parking, which made things very convenient. I also appreciated the shuttle service to Disneyland—it was affordable at $6 per adult and $3 per child per day, and the hotel is located very close to the parks. The only downsides were that check-in was at 3:00 p.m., but my room wasn’t ready until about 3:30 p.m., which was a little frustrating after traveling. I also had issues with my key card and had to go back to the front desk twice to have it reprogrammed.

Breakfast menu had multiple options in varying price ranges. Robert at the Bistro bar was very nice. Parking was fine and easily accessible. I would definitely stay at this property again.

No microwave in the family suite

Close to all the shops/ restaurant and walking distant to Disney and the convention centre. The only issue I had was, we were on the 3rd floor and you can hear walking/stomps from the 4th floor. Might have been kids running around but the ceiling was pretty thing. All in all, still recommend.

Was good by standard of other hotels but by Marriot standard can be a little more Lighting in rooms Parking Fee

Safe and clean

The parking cost felt little more. The room did not have water free of cost. Water was there with 9$ per 1 liter bottle (evian water). While we can certainly buy, most hotel provide 1-2 bottle of water free of cost.

They are very helpful and friendly with anything needed. All other staff were friendly as well! I have no complaints at all about this property! Will definitely stay again!
