Budget Inn Anaheim

The location was close to everything within walking distance. Towels and soap were provided. There was no fridge. Not clean at all with cigarette burns in the linen. Bed was caved in and lumpy. AC did not work well very hot in the room.

The property was amazing very close to Disneyland, walking distance to Mickey and Minnie’s parking to take the tram to downtown, Ubers was 7$ max to Disneyland.

The location was good, about a 12 minute walk to the Disney Trams, about 20 minutes to downtown disney, 30 to 40 minute walk to Disneyland. Not the best but not terrible. The only good thing about this property. I had booked two queen suites, with 2 queen beds in each, the property somehow read it as 1 room with two queen beds, even though the occupant counts were different for each room, they then tried to charge me again, I had two explain it to them 4 times, then they said they didn't have another room to give me but they have side by side properties so they gave me one room on one property and another in the other property, which defeated the purpose of my booking, i also requested 1st floor because I waa usingba mobility wheelchair and had surgery on my foot the cweek prior and my in laws are in their 80s both rooms are on the 2nd floor. The rooms were run down and broken. Broken! 1. the latch on the cabinet door covering the half fridge (not mini) didnt work so it kept randomly opening, my 2 lyr old daughter was running back and forth after being in a car for 7 hours and the door opened and she ran directly into the side edge of the cabinet door after it opened randomly. 2. The drain plug for the bath was broken and wouldn't plug the tub so it couldn't hold water for my kids to be able to bathe or my wife shave. After asking for a solution they didn't have anything so I had to go to Walmart and buy a drain cover. 3. The bathtub didn't have any grip or non slip bath mat so my 80 yr old mother in law had a pretty nasty slip and fall in the shower 4. Some if the drawers handles were busted and only hanging on by one side 5. Very little hot water, so it was mostly warm showers 6. Ice machine only worked the first 2 days out of our 8 days stay 7. The key cards- worked fine the first 2 days, then everytime we came back to the hotel after a long day at disney and after midnight we had to go all the way down to the office to get new room keys, which still didn't work it took 2 to 3 trips going to the office to get them working (mind you were exhausted) the manager had to come up and let us in multiple times.

The location is a perfect spot to walk to Disneyland but truly I must have had the worst luck when I stayed here I absolutely hated the fact there were bed bugs and a straight up roach during my stay here. Wish I was joking but literally my wife found a bed bug on the bathroom towels and later on another one while she was sitting on the bed crawling out the pillow. The employee that I told about this tried his best to accommodate a different room but the other room sadly wasn’t any better cause there was a legit roach on the corner of the bed and bed covers covered in stains, gives me a different room that was just cleaned. Really wish I didn’t experience this and I hope no one else does!

No soap for shower. Wet toilet paper. Smells from drain. You have to check in next door. No on site Coffee or breakfast. Can't leave your car if you check out early for Disneyland.

Also, the fireworks go off nearby and are excessively loud.

It’s very close to Disney shuttle. Only a 20 min walk if you choose to walk. The property is quiet and beds are comfortable. The staff are very nice. It has a cute little pool. Parking is free! The rooms have carpet. It’s very basic but the price reflects that and it was what I expected. I have stayed here twice and felt safe and slept great

The amount of space the room had. The extra TV. Breakfast needs more options, the a/c in our book kept getting covered with the curtains so we hardly felt the cold air. Alot of spiders near the poor area. Got bit pretty bad.

Location and value were the two things we liked! I am so grateful that wifi/parking was free and included. It made it easy for us to stay the night, wake up in the morning, and drive around the corner to Disneyland the next day for a family trip! The room was dated. The bed and pillows were very basic. The bathroom was small. The AC was not on when we arrived, so we had to open the windows and doors to get the hot air out and make the room comfortable.

Location was spot on..30 minutes walk from Disney Park Hotel was not cleaning. Bed felt dirty. Bathroom was dirty. Towels were old and ripped
