Great location and comfortable stay around the corner from the Convention Center for D23.

This location is amazing for access to the Disney parks and the convention center! CVS and Walgreens 2-5 minutes walk from the hotel (for all the things you forgot at home or snacks). Also, an excellent Coffee Bean on the same block. The staff at this hotel was warm, helpful and accommodating! This was our second stay here and we will use again in the future!!

Very clean, friendly staff, easy and affordable room service. Walk to Disneyland was simple, had to pay for parking but it was cheap!

Location To old need some improvement

We like the location to Disneyland. We’re quick walkers so it only takes us 10-15 minutes to walk to the main gate. The front desk workers were all very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The rooms could use some updates. And some rooms are nicer than others. We’ve stayed here three times over the past three years. This time our room had a musty smell. And there was no small freezer section in our mini fridge. The room felt mostly clean. The towels are scratchy. But we do appreciate the size of the rooms. It makes it easier to have a stroller and pack n play in the room. We would stay here again! It’s comfortable enough, the price was okay, the staff was nice, and it’s good location.

The only thing that sucks is that they charge for parking but besides that everything was good The you had to pay for parking

I got the family suite and the price was amazing. I will say the couch bed wasn’t the comfiest, they did not provide pillows and the bed sheets were a little dirty. The toilet was also weird, it wouldn’t flush at times. But overall the room was very spacious and great for the price. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk from the Disneyland park.

The staff was super helpful when the AC in our room wasn't cooling sufficiently. They moved us to anther room no questions asked! The cleaning appeared to be a rushed job as the room wasn't the absolute cleanest. But overall not bad. The doors that separate room offer no privacy. The hotel was only a 15 minute walk to the main entrance of Disneyland! Which was great!

The Staff were amazing. Every interaction I had with a staff member was fantastic The air conditioning in the hotel room sounded like an airplane taking off. You could not sleep with aircon on because of the noise, making the room too hot to sleep. Cleaning knocked on the door at 8am way too early.

Great location- 3 minute walk to the convention center, 8 minute walk to Disneyland. There’s a CVS and Walgreens on the corners, and plenty of eateries. Staff were friendly. Not very clean- I cleaned the bathroom sink and the counter not only was it dirty but had crusted toothpaste on it. The floor was very dirty, my socks were filthy after walking on the carpet.

There was cockroaches in the hotel

Location and price. Rooms were old and musty, they need to be updated. Elevator didn't work and we had to walk to the end of the building to use one or constantly go up and down 3 flights of stairs near our room. Room had either mosquitoes or small biting flies in the room and we had welts on our legs and ankles upon checkout. No soap, no tissues, no extra toilet paper. We had to ask for it.
