I liked the host and the location. The room was really small and is only good for one person.

Perfect location right in the center of Amsterdam. As to be expected, the rooms are small and simple. But clean and efficient.

Very kind and informative staff, renovated lobby and rooms, unbeatable location, great price, and there's a cat! This hotel is the obvious choice for staying in Amsterdam! Would gladly stay here again. Honestly there isn't really anything to complain about. The room we got was quite small but had a great canal view so it was worth it. The bathroom is recently renovated and didn't have a door on the shower so the water sprays a bit onto the sink area but it really is barely a problem.

Decent location to train station Tiny room

The property was central and if you walk out the correct side of Central station it is about a 5 minute walk. It was clean, just maybe a bit tired after a busy summer period. Staff were extremely helpful, although no food available here, there was at their sister hotel. Fresh apples and a coffee machine to help yourself too. Stairs are steep and they took out cases upstairs for us. Hairdryer with all attachments, lovely hot showers, safe in the room and although a double bed, which was a good width, they had single quilts. Perfect for quilt hoggers! Clean towels every day and they keep your luggage if you have a later flight Not complaining, but a small TV or radio in the room

Location was great and staff were lovely. Bed was clean and comfy. Considering its literally round the corner from the RLD its not noisy at all. Very conveniently located from tourist spots and train station. Look I get it...its a bed, a shower, a toilet what more do you need?! But the toilet situation was the most hilarious adventure for my 6ft+ partner who was unable to close the door. Not that the door really serves a purpose anyway...even less of a purpose with the light on. Stairs are also extremly steep, this is nothing they can change obviously but be aware if you have any mobility issues or suffer from vertigo, it can be a difficult climb if you're not used to Amsterdam staircases. Room could also do with a little TLC. I have stayed a little further away from RLD for the same (if not less) cost and I think you can get better quality stays for the money. It sounds negative, but if you're fine with the above..go for it. I would still probably stay there again (depending on cost).

I liked most of all the welcoming stuff working in the hotel especially Mohamad who was really kind and generous he even helped me planning the rest of my trip and made the reservations him self for me . I definetly recommend this hotel that’s at the same time central and in a calme place with a nice beautiful view

The location is perfect and the room was very clean. The rooms are small but we were out exploring all day so it didn't matter.
