Location was convenient, near to shops and public transportation, not too far from Central Amsterdam. Staff were friendly. Value for money was very low; rooms and decor/fittings are very old. Room configuration was difficult to manage with a giant square pole on one corner of the bed (design issue with poor work around). No fridge in the room; single shared microwave at end of the floor.

Location is decent, one 20minute tram ride away from center of the city and stop is right outside the hotel exterior looks absolutely horrible and looks like a rundown hostel compared to the inside
-
Location is very nice next to bus station, super market and all facilities

The next day we were finally moved to another room, which we appreciated. However, the inconvenience had already affected our stay. As I was away from the hotel at the time, my husband had to move rooms alone with our disabled daughter, which was unnecessarily difficult. What disappointed us the most was the lack of follow-up. After checking out, I contacted the hotel requesting compensation for the inconvenience. Despite sending a follow-up email, I never received a response. While I appreciate that the staff eventually found us another room, I expected better customer service and communication, especially after being given a room that was not in an acceptable condition on arrival.

Nothing

Great location for public transport communication with many food outlets nearby, the hotel was clean and safe as well even for women and solo travellers may be breakfast can be included with a lower prize as well
-
Beds are comfortable, bathroom and shower where clean, had AC. Really really easy to get around, there was public transportation stops nearby. There is a supermarket in front
-
I liked the room, it was comfortable The location was too far away and later I found better deals closer to the center for less than I payed…
-
The room was full of ants and the windows where located in front of a flooded terrace.
-
the location was further away from the center but still amazing as it’s 1 or 2 min away from trams/buses that were very well connected
-
The stuff, from housekeeping to reception, everyone was exceptional. Nothing
-
The stuff are so kind and helpful, the hotel is clean and the location is great (besides the bus/tram station). Nothing to mention.

Clean rooms and toilet, comfortable rooms

Well connected! The breakfast staff was extremely polite. Bathrooms seemed recently renovated. My room in particular was in a “weird” part of the building. Many people passing by the window all the time. The curtain had a whole from burning (?) and next to the bed, there was a stain that I want to believe it was coffee.

the hotel is really good. I really like the room. the staff were super friendly. Our kids got presents from the staff as check in gift which is a pleasant surprise (Thank you very much!). The supermarket Jumbo and Albert Heijn are near. And there are lots of restaurants around. This is not something that the hotel can do. But the location is in a place with lots of Turkish immigrant. We stayed when turkiye won and went through the world cup. They celebrated by driving around in front of the hotels honking their cars, threw fireworks from 11PM to 1 AM. I have nothing againts any races, but honking cars for 2 hours in the middle of the night is stupid. There could be babies or old peoples. So, yeah. Do anything with this info.

Very noisy if you get a room via the street, people staying late in front of hotel chatting

I was given a room on the 1st floor next to a public area with allot of noise I would call this a 2 star hotel but they charged me 180 euros

Great location with numerous transit options right outside the hotel. Also many restaurants within a very close distance of the hotel.
