Access to city Dirty floors, walls and old dust everywhere, cobwebs in curtain corners and plug sockets full of dust and grime. The shower was clean at all..the floor grime and this is after they cleaned our room on day 1. The bathroom smelled disgusting on arrival like someone had used it just before, staff went an cleaned it again. But it still stunk!!! And the bedding was all duck feathers, which im allergic an they couldn't offer an alternative so I slept on the sheet an no pillow.

Nice hotel, easy to go to Amsterdam. Wetook bus n.21 to Central Station, it took 20 minutes of ride. In the area plenty of supermarkets and restaurants Parking. Very exepensive through the hotel and they should explain that it is possible to park in the streets around with different fees, depending how far. I parked 800 metres from the hotel but I paid only 10 euros because during the night parking is free and for day hours, 8-19 fees can be very good.

The location was half decent and had lots of nice Turkish restaurants around. It was incredibly dirty. For a 3 star hotel I’m not expecting miracles but our room was disgusting. The carpet clearly hadn’t been vacuumed before we checked in; there were actual patches of dust where it wasn’t cleaned for a long long time not to mention we could feel dirt and debris under our socks as we were walking around. The whole room and hotel itself was VERY dated with massive chips of wood missing from doorways and similar heavy wear and tear. The shower dials were put in wrong so when trying to turn on the hand shower head the overhead one came on and scolded me. The room was “cleaned” whilst we were gone for the day but all that was actually done was the beds were made poorly. I had a coffee and none of the supplies were replenished, the dirty coffee cup wasn’t even taken away. There were 3 of us and we didn’t get any fresh towels, the same wet ones were folded up and mixed up so we didn’t know who’s was who’s. Overall disgusting experience for the ludicrous amount that we paid.
