Location is amazing, really close to the metro and in a quiet, vibrant neighborhood away from the city center crazyness. The hotel is big, modern, and clean. There's free cookies and beverages I was given a room upgrade, since my original room was located literally right in front of the elevator access doors and they close REALLY loud (WHO DESIGNED THIS HOTEL?!) I was lucky, my original (queen room) was..... not what I expected at all. Even the upgraded room didn't have a functional A/C so unfortunately my night sleep was not great since I was sweating. What was interesting was that the Queen room had a shower with a litre counter that literally would tell you that you're basically the reason why we will extinguish but the upgraded """""luxury"""" room didn't. So apparently not all rooms have the same water saving rules. I was really disappointed at this hotel, I had big expectations from reviews and if I didn't get the upgrade my stay would've been in a small dorm-style room with no shades, no a/c and a poor shower.

Very nice place to stay! Very attentive staff and easily accessible location. The prices were raised for F1 weekend that definitely would not have made it worth the stay if it were any other weekend but for this occasion it was acceptable :)

When I made the reservation...

Close to metro. Room was clean. Lots of cupboard space. Shampoo conditioner and body wash available. Booked 2 rooms, thought they would be close together, were 3 floors apart. Check in process was a bit daunting, had to remember room numbers, not showing on keys on in their check in app. Room was quite small but sufficient. Step up to bathroom a little dangerous , fall hazard. All in all not quite what I expected, but was my first visit to Amsterdam so no comparison.

Absolute suprise that we had a brilliant breakfast included. Having the Metro a 100 meters away was perfect and cheap. Keep up the great work.

Great location, next to a metro stop. Good self-catering facilities Pillows a bit too big fir my taste but otherwise very comfy.

I loved the bed , the pillows and got lucky with an amazing sunrise view

Location was ideal for easy access to most Amsterdam attractions Lack of proper house keeping service during my stay. Air conditioning was nonexistent for the two nights that i was at the hotel. Any request that required staff to come to my room took hours to resolve

Lots of amenities, near the metro station and supermarket Felt a bit of odd vibes, very student accomodation vibes and not really a hotel Staff were unfriendly and not helpful when asking about washing facilities and process was very unclear
