The property sat on the a beautiful canal strip with beautiful views and was walking distance to the heart of Amsterdam. The protest was decorated in a quirky style. Loved the books and vinyl records. Really loved the decor Not for those with any mobility issues or ailments as the steps to some of the rooms are quite steep.

Location and building small room under stairs, they changed room only when we showed that there were available rooms in booking

Quaint and friendly and very Dutch. In a beautiful part of town but away from the busy city center but close enough to walk. The fan was very noisy so we couldn’t use it so the room was very hot. Not a lot of breakfast choice.

The location was perfectly situated close walking distance to everything and our room beautifullyover looked the cancal. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. The room was smaller than expected and there is no air-conditioning so the rooms get very hot.

The staff was marvelous We were on the top floor with 3 stories of treacherous stairs and no emergency fire exit except to fight the fire with a fire extinguisher down three flights of treacherous steps. Ahhhh….no thanks!

Excellent location Exceptionally hot and uncomfortable during summer month as on 3rd floor with no window or air conditioning Room, and especially bathroom was extremely small. Sink so tight to wall was difficult to shave without water all over floor

The location was amazing. Very central and we could walk to everything. The access to room. Unbelievably small tight winding staircase. We stayed on 4th floor with 2 sets of almost unusable access stairs. Room was very small and didn't have ac.

The property is in an amazing location, located on the camel close to amazing food and drinks, away from the main tourist area but very accessible The staff were amazing, help deal with some unfortunate first impressions Views over the canal was amazing The rooms don’t have air conditioning and get very very hot They can be quite small rooms
