The room was fine with 3 twin beds for 3 adults and ok space for clothing. Location of the hotel excelent and very friendly and attentive staff. My room was facing the tram stop right in front of the hotel and since it did not have air conditioning I was forced to leave the windows open due to weather. Very noisy and smelly. Once I moved my bed side table, I found plenty of dust under it.

Great location and friendly staff

The staff was super friendly and helpful, rooms were cleaned daily. First of all, the stair case was extreme. It was very long and narrow and it was almost impossible to bring suitcases upstairs. With such stair case, they need to offer a service to bring baggage up stairs. People with even mild disabilities should not stay in that hotel. Also, beds were very narrow and not comfortable, the shower cabin was extremely narrow - our friends had to move out of the hotel to the neighboring one cuz one of them was pretty tall and big and he couldn't take a shower. There was no air conditioner and it was very hot.

The location was excellent. It was very close to the tram stop and within walking distance of the city center. Every member of the staff we met was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was spacious enough for three people. Although the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, that wasn’t a problem for me. When we checked out, we asked if they could help us with our luggage, and they kindly carried our suitcases downstairs. One day, there was no hot water, so we had to take cold showers. Also, when we first entered our room, we found someone else’s T-shirt left inside the wardrobe.

Loved the space and staff! We loved everything!

This hotel was amazing. It was central and easily walkable to major tourist destinations. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were kind and welcoming. The cafe cat was too sweet and there was an enjoyable free cheese tasting from 17:00 to 18:00 The room was small and the stairs were steep, but this is to be expected in Amsterdam. I have no complaints.

The room was clean, bright and cozy, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom was a bit small, but everything was well maintained. The hotel's location is excellent, in a beautiful neighborhood close to the city center and museums. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The only downsides were the high price and the very narrow stairs, which make carrying luggage upstairs a bit difficult. There is also no elevator.

It was in a great location and the staff was wonderful! The downstairs where you check in is a really cute cafe/restaurant. We loved the lady that was working there and so friendly when we rolled in after a long flight! I feel terrible that we didn’t catch her name but she truly went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and we loved visiting with her. We are so glad we stayed here! It’s certainly not the fault of the hotel but we arrived during a heat wave. We are spoiled Americans used to air conditioner blowing 12 months a year. We were okay with the fan on and windows though.

Really great neighborhood close to underground and other London attentions. No air conditioning which would probably not have mattered except we stayed during a London heat wave.

The location and staff were good The room was in the basement I was aware of that, but the staff were extremely loud and noisy both late into the night after extremely early like before 6a. The three nights I stayed I was woken in the middle of the night to something small running across the drop ceiling and scratching.

The room was smaller than expected and there was very little noise proofing throughout the building.
-
small bathrooms, spiders, and occasional noise. don’t have very many complaints tho.

Great location and staff. Very helpful and friendly. Nice bar/cafe serving as lobby. Small basement room but comfortable enough and with garden view. Narrow stairs difficult with luggage.

Respect for me as a client

Astrid at the front desk was excellent in her directions and hospitality. The lobby was a nice place to relax, get a drink and chat. Would stay there again. Also, very walkable location The stairs were a bit steep and narrow. Travel with small bag

Good location and very friendly staff. Climbing 3 floors with luggage after international travel Extremely cramped bathroom Fan positioned such that the air does not come towards the beds
