Excellent location No air conditioning

A beautiful hotel bar, very friendly staffs. Nice breakfast with a nice choice of food. The chambermaid a lady one wasn’t polite and quite rude. Pity for her as I always leave some tips as thank you! So no extra money for her! The bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, we asked for a double bed and we had twin beds brought together which wasn’t ideal! It should have brought together with a king size sheet! The hotel is very cleaned and it has a very welcoming feeling b The hotel is 5 min from the red district and Amsterdam central station. The noisy neighbour above who jumped at 3am and the bins next to my window. They came to collect them at 6.30am!!!

Superb

very close to the trainstation very very small which would be fine if it wasn’t also very dirty and used. Staff was mostly nice with a few exceptions. In the room q15 my friend had a bag with a brand new rain jacket from snipes (still with the receipt) and it has since disappeared. We turned over the whole room checked every bag and couldn’t find anything. We told the receptionist and they didn’t take us serious at all and told us that’s just our loss and probably one of the other guest from the room ( so our friend who was looking with us ) must have taken it. Then proceeded to tell us that’s the cameras are really bad here and they don’t know what to tell us. So i guess that’s 150 euros we‘ll never see again. Hope the thief from the Hotel staff likes the jacket at least.

The location was exceptional I think its a bit overpriced for a small room

Very pleasant staff. Excellent value for money especially considering the location. Breakfast wasn't served until 8am. Unfortunately we had to be out before then so over our 5 day stay we had to miss breakfast on two occasions which we had paid for.

Great location - central to main tourism areas and easy 5 minute walk to main train station. Steep, narrow stairs

Proximity was great, just where you want to be No lift!! The stairs were nearly vertical and narrow, I’m a fit 68 but nearly killed me lifting luggage

The space beside the bed could have been a few inches larger to allow us to comfortably open the luggage.

Reasonable. Safe in room. No cupboard, electric kettle. Only 1 hanger provided

Location no elevator and we were the 8th floor very tiny shared bathroom mosquitos in the room no AC they provided a fan but it just blew the hot air that got trapped in the room. The worst part was the heat that got trapped and getting eaten alive by mosquitos at night

Very small room we cannot move freely. Our room no.1 is facing main road, so bad I hear noises till late at night. i dont sleep at all. The next day im zombie with 2 small kids. Small douche cabin, you cannot move good. Hard bed. There is no Tv channel for kids or even decent NL programa. Simple breakfast always out of availability. I have to asked the only kitchen staff for food availability. At Booking.com stated smoke free, none smoking hotel/room but in our floor i can smell someone's hitting strong Marijuana, very dissapointed, disgusting!. I dont recommended this hotel at All. Not value for money.

The location was very convenient for the nightlife and city centre. The cost for the two nights was extortionate for the quality of the room. Over 500 GBP for two nights. In the decades I have used booking.com I never before felt I had been scammed. Until now. On the nights I stayed there they were advertising the room for 200 euros less than I paid. Very dissatisfied.
