I think the rooms is very good and I think it is very thoughtful of them to have microwave, plastic/paper plates and cutlery and also vending machines. I love that the room had a mini refrigerator and a coffee machine. I did not see anything to iron clothes even though they said they had. The cleansing of the common areas. The neighborhood it is good but closest restaurants and supper-market are 18 minutes walking distance.

The hotel was good value for the price and overall perfectly adequate for a short stay. Breakfast was quite good. The property is a little dated in places, and some details, such as the worn curtains, could be improved to make the overall impression better. Still, considering the price, the stay was satisfactory.

The quadruple room was spacios and clean for four people, two adults two kids. It's right next to the train station which leaves you in around 30min in the city center. We got a really good offer which was imbeatable for Amsterdam area.

Easy access to the Metro and train. Good size of the room. Large bathroom - however the door to the shower couldn't be closed. Efficient a/c, but the ventilation (which you couldnt switch off) was very noisy. Hotel Levell is a "non-alcoholic" hotel and a "non-smoking hotel", Fine for the latter. Makes sense. However, nowhere - when I booked the hotel was I made aware of the fact that the hotel is a "non-alcoholic hotel". I first discovered this when I looked at the key card and key card holder, where it said "100 % non-smoking and non-alcoholic hotel" - and "We are a non-alcohol and non-smoking hotel".

We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to everyone. The host and staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. Check-in and check-out were very easy and well organized. The hotel was very calm and quiet, exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect—just a two-minute walk from the metro station. We truly appreciated the hospitality and the care taken to make our stay so pleasant. We would definitely be happy to stay here again! Every thing was perfect. I see nothing wrong.

The room was perfectly fine for us. It had everything a hotel room should have. The staff was also helpful. We didn't have any problems with the place.

Coffee machine, lots of tea, comfy beds, and an awesome bathroom. Plus, direct metro to the city center — super convenient. Highly recommend
